The initial communication and confirmation was prompt and clear and except that I made an error in incorrectly reading an instruction It went well and I look forward to having another opportunity in the near future. The staff take such care to make sure that the pre-selection process gets the right mix of suitable people, and they are really good at guiding your through the process and giving ractical help where needed.
