I contacted customer service regarding a damaged parcel and was really impressed with the experience. Dean Q responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. Very happy with the service provided.

Unbelievable reduction in quality and they pretend it’s just packaging!
Unbelievable! They’ve “repackaged” some of their line - in this instance I’m talking about their hand wash in Endymion. We use this constantly. The new packaging is not just packaging.. the fragrance has been diluted, watered down. It’s £48 for a hand wash - that’s not cheap. Penhaligons are ripping people off by charging that amount for something that now, barely has a scent. Total rip off, be warned when spending your money. I will never buy it again

I’ve had an absolutely outstanding experience with Penhaligon's customer service, and I genuinely can’t praise Sara AL enough for her help.
From start to finish, she was warm, responsive, and incredibly attentive. She didn’t just resolve my query quickly — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt genuinely looked after throughout the process. It’s rare these days to receive that level of personal care, especially from a luxury brand, but Sara made the entire experience feel effortless and reassuring.
Communication was clear, friendly, and proactive, and I was kept updated at every stage. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in what she does, which really reflects well on Penhaligon’s as a brand.
This kind of service is exactly what makes people loyal — not just the beautiful fragrances, but the people behind the brand who make the experience special.

Penhaligon resolved my request!
Penhaligon were able to resolve my request to refund money for a purchase I returned. It took almost three months for this to happen, but Justine C, the person at Penhaligon who researched the problem, was able to resolve it. I am grateful for her intervention to bring a good resolution to my request!

Exception product but most importantly, exceptional customer service.
Went out for a drink in the area on Bank Holiday Sunday and decided to see what all the full was about after hearing so many positive reviews. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very professional and friendly lady. She demonstrated various different fragrances and also taught me a few things about aftershave and how to apply it correctly etc. I seem to have issues with longevity of aftershaves and apart from a select few I tend not to change from what I know. I left the store after spraying a tester with the plan on returning should the fragrance remain after a period of time. Which it did, even after washing I could still smell the Hanfeti. I returned to the shop and the lady was not present but another lady equally as professional an pleasant served me. My biggest bug bear is poor customer service and these two ladies showed me how customer service should be done. Exceptional. Going forward your aftershaves will be my preference.
