I have had numerous issues since subscribing. The biggest problem is I cannot talk to anyone about the issue! The chat bot is ridiculous, never understands what I am trying to relay. They need a regular, agent based CS dept for sure.

We wanted to watch a soccer match on demand but ended up watch 20 minutes of commercials. This kind of business model inspires and justifies one to use secondary websites that offer free stream without the corporate baloney.

I was sent an ad to sign up for peacock. I did not know I already had peacock as part of my Directv package. I kept getting Email messages to activate my peacock account. I never did as I already had it but did not know it was from DirectV. I went on line and canceled my subscription. Now I want my money back. Guess what? Peacock is a den of thieves. First canceled my account on June 8th. They are still charging me until August 1.
Second I have never activated the Peacock Subscription from Peacock. They have been charging me for years. I want my money back. Called customer service an got a guy not in USA who tried to get my bank account info and to access my computer. Buyer beware. Peacock appears to be a total rip off.

If you can’t broadcast without all the glitching, constant buffering, my gosh let someone else air the game. WNBA doesn’t deserve to be treated so badly.

Before you pick a plan make sure you know what you’re getting. I downloaded to watch love island. I paid for the $7.99 plan not knowing it wasn’t available on that plan, so I had to upgrade to the $10.99 plan. Got billed both the $8 and the $11. So annoying.

I don't mind the channel, but there are WAY too many commercials & WAY too long.

I canceled my account with about 10 months left thinking a refund not now they wont let me in ti finish my contract out

Garbage service haven't been able to use it on my TV for a year while the price jumped then went to cancle service and get a refund and they refused. fix your samsung app you crooks.

If I could give it a minus 5, I would. We are Xfinity customers and have tried to activate Peacock for months. We tried on my email and we tried on my husband's email. They say it's linked to another email but they don't tell you where it is or how to get it off. There is no customer service by phone.

So money hungry and making you buy premium for shows that were free to watch previously just because they are popular, and the increasingly longer ad times for people who buy the cheapest subscription. Greedy and they need to fix it but they probably won’t because people will still pay extra anyways.

Peacock used to be free and now you have to pay a subscription to watch on it. Paying for a subscription and all it does is lag on every show/movie you try to watch. My wifi is completely fine. My other streams don’t lag at all but once i get into Peacock, all of a sudden it starts to buffer and i have to constantly refresh the entire thing. This is so ridiculous. This issue needs to resolved. Especially when you’re paying money to watch on this stream.

Peacock makes it so difficult to cancel their subscription, but will take your payment ASAP

Total crap, Rewinding and pausing almost impossible. if the game is in progress it jumps you to current and ruins everything you have not seen yet.

Terribly built. Constant sports spoilers, how hard is it to have a restart from beginning button on games? Overpriced too.

Customer services is too bad, I payed two time premium and premium plus for watch basketball game, I can't see because say upgrade, no good, bad services

Content available under subscription doesnt include anything I paid to watch horrible line up for price they suck u in to subscribe but then lock almost everything but basic TV that I have on other apps. Then they wont refund they just want u to pay more to upgrade peacock isn't worth the 80 to 180 they charge wont ever sign up again lesson learned.

Peacock is a rip-off, I was charged for Peacock thinking I would get to see the NBA and WNBA games, no such thing, what I PAID FOR is what I already had channel 4. Peacock has no customer service to better deal with ripping consumers off. I actually paid for the service already part of my cable package and can not contact anyone to cancel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an absolute shame of an experience. Terrible technical quality, lackluster entertainment and the icing on the cake, was being resubscribed from my monthly plan to an annual premium plan without ANY warning or notice. Went from paying $24/year to being charged $140 annually without any prior notification. Had previously signed up with my Paypal account, and so when my time was up, Bam! $140 subscription with zero way to contact anyone. And I do mean ZERO options. AI chat bot that constantly just says "I do not understand that command, try again". Or send an email and wait for a canned response that basically just says "Sorry, thanks for your subscription".

What a scammy experience and shame on you Peacock/NBC/Comcast and whoever else is associated with you.

Peacock would be awesome if all of the ads were not in Spanish. Last time I checked, we were not in Mexico.

Watching nba playoffs, turn off the damb player names and stars, don't help and block the view, if you need to kmiw the players names you shouldn't be watching!
