I recently contacted Peacock Alley's customer service because several (4 or more) of the towels we bought in 2021 or 2022 had become unusually damaged. My family and I couldn't figure out what caused the damage and it wasn't happening to any other laundry. I had already bought much less costly replacement towel sets and I explained I wasn't seeking anything but only wanted to pass it along in case Peacock Alley had a quality issue it needed to investigated. Despite this, Peacock Alley sent me four new complete towel sets and two new bath mats. The experience was wonderful. The team was incredibly helpful and professional. It is refreshing to encounter a company that pairs its high-quality luxury products with equally high-quality customer care. I will absolutely continue to shop here and highly recommend them.

Quelle belle découverte que le Peacock Alley, perché au 30ème étage de la Tour Mohammed VI à Rabat ! La vue à elle seule vaut le déplacement, mais c'est bien l'ensemble de l'expérience qui marque les esprits.

Dès l'entrée, l'accueil chaleureux et souriant donne immédiatement le ton : on se sent attendu, presque comme des invités plutôt que de simples clients. Le personnel prend vraiment le temps de conseiller, sans jamais paraître pressé.

Côté cuisine, c'est un vrai régal du début à la fin. Chaque plat est soigné, plein de saveurs, avec un bel équilibre entre créativité et générosité. On sent que les produits sont choisis avec soin et que chaque assiette est pensée dans les moindres détails.

Mention spéciale pour le bar, où officie Oussama : un véritable artiste du cocktail ! Ses créations originales, parfaitement dosées et magnifiquement présentées, viennent sublimer le repas. On voit clairement une vraie expertise et une passion pour son métier — chaque verre raconte une histoire. Merci Oussama pour ce moment gourmand et convivial !

Une expérience complète, entre excellence culinaire, vue à couper le souffle et sens de l'accueil. Je recommande vivement le Peacock Alley, et je reviendrai très vite pour découvrir le reste de la carte !

I'm a big fan of Peacock Alley, though they are pricey to be sure.

I've bought blankets and towels from them over the years (most recently in September 2025). You absolutely cannot beat their blankets! I'm still evaluating their latest batch of towels.

It's also great to support a small business that's growing! I'll definitely shop again.

I ordered a sample for a blanket ($5. shipping) weeks ago and tried to contact this company online. Today I called 9/24 and they told me the sample would be mailed out today or tomorrow. This takes way too long. I will give my business to Garnet Hill or another.

I wrote a review about the towels that I bought from this company and I am writing a new review to say that I was wrong. I have been using these towels and they are fantastic. While I can’t go back and undo any lost sales I am never to proud to say when I was wrong and correct the record. I have been trying to find towels of this quality for a long time and if they’ll have my business I will be buying more. My deepest apologies to Peacock Alley and I hope this repost will help in the future

eCommerce return policy is substandard. Was notified refund was issued. Funds are still not available 5 days later. Will not do business with Peacock Alley again.

Do not waste your money on this company, horrible customer service (camry) and products.

Excellent customer service and response. Great quality bedding. The shipping was efficient as well.
