PCM Estate Agents Anmeldelser

We found PCM Estate Agents very helpful in marketing and selling our rental property. In a poor market, they found us a buyer and negotiated well on our behalf to ensure we got the best price. They were always responsive and helpful to any queries we might have. The sale went through smoothly and I would definitely use them again.

Buying through PCM was a really smooth experience with excellent communication every step of the way, even those questions we had which were hard, PCM went the extra mile to help us get what we needed.

That were friendly, helpful and professional right throughout the process.

Being a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect but PCM were with me every step of the way, answering all my questions and giving me constant email updates which was such a relief. My first property fell through unfortunately but PCM found me plenty of options right away and I’ve finally moved into my first property! Can’t thank them enough!

A huge thank you to Michael and the team for helping us purchase a lovely Hastings home. I would highly recommend PCM.

PCM Estate Agents have been fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly efficient, kept me updated at every stage, and made the whole process of selling my house far less stressful. The whole team were great to deal with, and I had most of my interactions with Michael and Nathan, who were both professional, friendly, and always on hand to help. Highly recommended!

From the start PCM were enthusiastic about our house. We received and accepted an offer on the first day of viewing. Thanks to Micheal and the team (and our eager buyer) we completed our sale in just over 3 months. I thoroughly recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again. Julie Tutt.

I’m so grateful to PCM, especially Michael, for all their help in selling my property. From start to finish, they were supportive, approachable, and always available whenever I had a question or needed reassurance. No matter when I reached out, they responded quickly and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. What could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well-handled thanks to their dedication and professionalism. I truly appreciate everything they did and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

A very easy estate agent to work with, from selling and buying, very happy with the team, who had potential buyers coming through the door, great communication aswell

PCM have been very responsive to all my requests with the purchase of my property. Always flexible when arranging my viewings and prompt in responding to any queries or requests….. a great local independent estate agent to work with!

Wow what a fantastic service from Michael despite NOT being our agents and a disaster on exchange day Michael arranged for a new solicitor to take over our file and we have now exchanged with an original completion date for next week.
Michael went above and beyond what he had to do despite us not being his clients and kept me updated at all times.
Great company and would highly recommend

I would highly recommend PCM estate agents. It's the first time we have purchased a property and PCM have kept us informed of how everything works, they are very friendly and helpful staff.. we are just about to complete:)

Very strait forward, honest, & kept us updated on regular basis. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend PCM highly enough. The whole team are great. They helped us through a prolonged sale, were responsive and worth every penny.

Highly recommend!

Probably the most stressful experience ever with multiple issues until completion was finally reached and likely only reached with the constant work/chasing of the rest of the chain by Michael and my solicitor.
From the initial marketing, everyone I met at PCM was professional, responsive and helpful, calls and emails were always answered promptly.
Very pleased with the service we received.

PCM neve cease trying. They will help yo and support you through the most difficult conveyancing transactions. Without their unflagging energy and support, both our sale and our purchase would never have been completed on time.

PCM go the extra mile!

We would fully recommend PCM Estate Agent. From the first valuation to the final completion they were always there to help, always answered the phone promptly and courteously. Very friendly approach. Gave honest feedback from viewings, and kept us informed.

I had a very nice collaboration with Michael and Lisa from PCM. Through this feedback I want to thank them for all the help and updates provided throughout the entire property purchase process. It was a difficult process, difficult because my solicitors were very lazy, but with the help of Michael and Lisa, we managed to successfully conclude this transaction! All respect to them! From Sebastian and Laura!

Absolute best in the business, we wouldn't dream of using anyone else to buy or sell. These guys and girls not only know their stuff inside out, they are also the most professional, friendly and helpful team. We have now sold and bought two properties with PCM, both of which ended up being fairly complicated chains, and were so grateful to have their invaluable insight, professionalism and guidance. They really do get the job done and are responsive, efficient and always such a pleasure to deal with. Viewings are conducted with the upmost professionalism, valuations are fair and honest and negotiations that can be often be tense and stressful are made so much easier by PCMs amazing communication, calmness and efficiency. Sarah was so helpful during our last sale, we always knew what was happening and that everyone was working hard to get the deal done. We always felt we were in the loop and our calls and messages were always responded to so promptly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Nathan, Sarah, Michael, Ryan, Samantha, all the Bens... and everyone else at PCM...! From Jo, Freddie & Bessie (The Coach House & Hughenden!!!) x x x
