They tried, sincerely, to rectify my keyboard problem. Turned out to be Apple's problem. I ended up purchasing a THIRD Magic Keyboard from them. The problem was buried deep in the preferences. Took hours on the phone with several engineers. Experience made me less trusting of third-party suppliers.

PCM came recommended by our IT/Computer Specialist. As a small company we do not have the expertise, time or working knowledge to know what is needed, only that is, our IT Specialist gives us the numbers and we come to you to purchase.

Item wasn't sent by method promised and the phone number was incorrectly given to the shipping company. Furthermore, when there were delays with getting the order & subsequent cancellation of the order, my refund of money didn't arrive for more than 2 weeks. With the issue of getting refund, there wasn't a return call as promised and I had to contact my credit company to dispute the charge. Of note, the company left messages on my phone with the initial order that were hard to understand due to severe accent combined with rapid speech. I tried to give PCM a chance, but I won't ever be ordering from them again.

Easy to order, good pricing and quick delivery. I only wish the product search had more options.

I have ordered several desktops, Laptops, monitors and accessories from PCM and have been pleased with the quality and price as well as their services in ordering, shipping and support. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They charged me a 15% restocking fee for a return. I understand if I ordered the wrong part but they sent me a different item, but still charger me a 15% restock fee. I will never use them again.

Product arrived on time, in good condition. Will continue to evaluate product. At this time would likely order again. Good experience.

DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! I purchased a laptop on 1/23. It did not meet the advertised specs (FHD 1920X1080) but only had 900 lines of resolution. It took several phone calls and days of jumping through hoops (sending pictures, etc.) to finally get a return label and they received their laptop back on 2/12. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! They string you along and string you along. I'm calling the BBB and the States Attorney General. I don't know if they will ever reimburse me. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!

Tiger responded and said call customer service. I did. They continue to string me along. 24-48 hours every time I call and still no reimbursement. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
