My mother signed up for Publishers Clearing House over 30 years ago. She lives in Section 8 and is a retired housekeeper. Obviously she signed up with this company thinking that maybe, one day, she'll be a lucky winner. She never won a THING from these people. They were taking money from her and in exchange, sending "free" cheap gifts. Me questioning why she even stuck around as a customer with them made her take a step back and see this wasn't working out for her. This wasn't her ticket for a better life. This was just a waste of her time. So she stopped being a customer. It's laughable to see PCH commercials on television. To even see them going to great lengths putting celebrities in their advertisements like that makes it even more believable. Yet most of the people we've seen on these commercials, don't look like they need the check. It's no wonder PCH was involved in a lawsuit that's resulted in them refunding customers their money. "You could win big!" Or you could get misled by a company that you thought would make your life easier.

Horrible app. No explanations, front page is stuck all the time. Cannot get past web page. HORRIBLE 💩💩!

I have been entering PCH contests for decades. starting back in the 1960's to present when the contests were paper with little stick on stamps. Now I do it online. I collect Tokens to buy entry into the contest. Well, here I am decades and 570,000,000 tokens later and I have won nothing. Not to mention the gazillion searches I have done. Yes, I know the search are designed to get information about me. Well I don't search any longer. This is a joke. Yes, I was and am foolish to continue on.

Very very frustrating using the app. It freezes up..won't let you get out of it then freezes everything on the phone!😡😡😡😡😡

I found the new pch+ village games way to difficult boring causes frustration and anger. Will not play ever again. I have won over 122 million tokens never got a thing. A total waste of time.

App is terrible, And so is this scam. Here's a note: If a game repeatedly gives you adds, But promises a good reward that hasn't came in over a month, It's most likely a scam. every SINGLE game has an ad behind AND infront of it. I played this game sometime earlier ago because i saw it on the app store, And it was so bad i couldn't even play for 5 minutes. Never again

I like PCH 35 years with them good products. I don’t do surveys because I’ve been screwed on them. So there no for me. I found out tokens are not important. So I just stay positive persistent and patient by doing the daily contest. Search. Has dropped off my quest because the contest doesn’t popup anymore so off that. It use to popup in search every other day but not anymore. But I’m positive persistent and patient entering every contest until I die. I have cancer so I hope I win soon. I love PCH!

App really terrible, messes up your cell.worst app ever.

The consumer is led to believe that there is a solid chance of winning some real money. After playing the repetitive games for many hours and acquiring many tokens, it's just time wasted.
For a company to be advertising millions to be won by playing these games, it seems to be very miserly and not very encouraging to boast the meager "winnings" of 5.00 and 20.00 dollars by players scroll on top of the page, raise the base amount to 100 dollars at least.

All I want to know is WHY are you constantly BLOCKING the games with ADS!!
I'm ready to quit. Its too frustrating trying to scroll around them
I dont play the games for tokens. I play for the hand eye exercise. Its very frustrating.

part of thr qualifying actions required me to use their search engine to surf the internet for shopping or whatever actually but immediately after looking up a site I was spammed with a virus warning that was just on their search engine page stating that if I attempted to leave the page or do anything besides purchase a microsoft sponsored application to remedy the virus immediately it was loud and obnoxious and did not set off any of my actual protection already in place for any real malicious type of intrusion . I sent PCH.com a notification stating they should be ashamed for allowing such deceptive programs to run on their search engine and requested they unsubscribe me immediately which they ignored so I have hopefully accomplished it manually on the next couple emails they sent demanding immediate attn or I would be in jeopardy of losing my winning status

When I downloaded the app,it was great for a few weeks, then it started to kick me out after a few "games" ,now I can't get it to even allow me to play any games .

If you order be prepared to wait and wait and wait. their site says 2-3 weeks for delivery. i am now on day 5 with no tracking number.

I placed an order with a $30.00 coupon offered. What a scam, they send a FREE item of their choice for $30.00 and charged me shipping $6.99 for the $30.00 coupon FREE item. The FREE item was not even worth $30.00 plus shipping, insane! The Coupon offered of $30.00 was not honored on my order! I have no use for their cheap chosen $30.00 gift for which I was charged shipping. What a scam and deception. Back it goes in the mail. Do not trust these folks. I wish I could given them 0 stars

Bought thermometers twice both arrived broke. Just crap merchandise plus outrageous shipping charges.

i have been participating more hours in a given day because at my age now, insomnia is a huge reason and why that? stressed out the cost of living.. providing and doing more than just scraping by.. that's why .. probably not a unique situation.. I get it.. but here's the frustration.. I spend time stressing out with this useless result playing, earning worthless tokens, watch ads to get bonus tokens and you know the definition of insanity .. expecting different results? I keep trying to be an exception to that truth.. I keep hoping that PCH would rescue my life with financial security and my father who has been gone 35 years now when I was blessed to have him in my learning years and would still hold on to helping out my family with a pch miracle used to say " rottts a ruck ' .. because i was so glas half full with possibility of getting past the poverty life.. and well.. 40 years plus later.. nothing.. what is going on ? am I black listed or something? why cant you offer less valued cash prizes in a mission to provide more to more people and spread this help? I'm so devastated because when you are resorting to countless hours days, weeks months, years and now decades trying and get no results you are utterly insane.. so thanks PCH.. thank you for messing up my mentality with your meaning less useless tokens that dont amount to anything that would make a difference why do I hold on to a shred of hope thinking that maybe one day some miracle will come to me because i have diligently spent countless time to participate which is utterly wasted. i hate this life i hate how you deceive people and ignore people who have gotten so much involvement wishing you were real.. you are really showing people you dont care very much. you are more interested in putting people through the ringer. making them subject themselves to get through sponsor ads that are comprised of bogus lying deceitful companies who lie to everyone about other avenues to make money.. nothing is truthful. and well I remember my mom's mom.. my grandmom's words - tell me who your friends are and I will tell you who YOU are.. you associate with deceitful lying affiliate companies who have an agenda to mess with people and cheat them horribly for your own revenue driven agenda

I have nearly 3 billion tokens amassed on PCH but recently the program crashes mid-game. Tired of delete and re-install app. I may or may not try again in the future. Disappointing they haven’t fixed this.

I just like to start this off with life is wonderful it always has been it's never as hard as people's seem to make it. We all go through struggles In life it's the perspective Of what you percent yourself to be You choose and you make your own decisions the choices you carry through out the day Only reflects in the way You strategize on how you pursue the situation Positivit Input Create very positive impact Compared to being negative will only create a negative impact The dreams of Wanting so much more And having so little and coming from nothing Could only Do one or two things It can make you Be something you're not Putting out negative energy Will draw Bad negative waves And self consciously Influence The negativity You produced in creating Nonpositive waves Of mental Self harm In slaving the mind and believing In worst casenario's all the time Are you that person That happened to get a phone call in the process of doing 3 different things knowing you had to leave out the door in 5 minutes but now you are 15 minutes late because you can't find your wallet but You just had it In The Mist of all the Scrounging Looking like a chicken with your head cut off You start to lash out rationally do things that are Not normal Then you would have in a Calm collective way And find what you're missing Just so happens to be in your backpack but because Of the stress you have now created confusion Losing track of time Not Implementing self awareness Four a chance to Backtrack the steps in your mind As you look for your wallet the only thing you think about Is what time you were supposed to be there What's going to happen? My wife bought a 10 dollar blanket and when we got it with the "free" gift and freight and handling it was 33.00. what a ripoff. the blanket wasn'ty even worth 10 dollars. Never again

My wife won a 100 dollar and then a few 5 and 10 dollar. She plays the pch app, the pch lottery app, the pch slots app and the pch frontpage. She has never bought anything and never gave any money. She hasnt won big but she does play games to get entries in for different prizes. She enjoys doing it, does it all online. There are so many people that play that it makes it hard to win. She got an email that she won and got a check for each in the mail. I've just started playing a bit here and there. Its something to pass the time.
