Some I would say at least 40% of their advertising just stays on your screen you cannot get out of it. You cannot click out of it. It goes nowhere if you don’t want to continue to play you need to turn your phone off and then start again and then the next one very frustrating. I like playing the games But the people who just bought PCH need to check the integrity of what they’re putting up or people aren’t gonna play it

I used to play Mahjongg plays until I started to experience unsolicited fake McAfee ads that pretended to scan my computer for viruses and malware. They tell me that my subscription has expired and of course that I have to pay for continued protection. Needless to say my subscription is valid. When running a security check from within McAfee's website it came back with no issues found. A second check with Microsoft Windows Security did not flag anything suspicious either. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission but the issue persists. I confirmed this today when playing again. From what I can tell, PCH does nothing to keep their website safe and instead relegates responsibility by referring you to the FTC website where you can file a complaint.

Every time I play PCH dot com/games, I get a virus coming up. I have sent the screen shots to pch.com customer service email so that they can see exactly what comes up to load a virus and interrupt the game to no avail. They pretend that that email no longer works except someone answers but doesn't rectify the game. BEWARE OF PCH dot COM! You can't send a complaint to customer service online as I don't see a way to copy the virus coming up to the complaint form. I believe PCH dot COM is doing this so they don't have to clean up their act.

Yeah even though there company was token over by new management there app still tend to have a lot of network error problems like connecting on something on the app and app glitches and freezes up from time to time and even rotates from top to bottom that happened to me today and I know it's not my android phone because this only happens on the pch app when I go to play there sweepstakes games on there every app that I have downloaded and been on does not do this kin of stuff I really have issues trying to connect after being put to the infomercial to claim my entries the app freezes up and I tried calling there customer service there number no longer exist out of service and I don't know if emailg them does any good to let them no about the problem and they need to like let more people who have played consistently win something to show there appreciation and gratitude for there persistence and hard work and determination to win something of any kind of prize and instead of winning token should win just entries and do away with the infomercials so you don't have more issues to claim these entries in the app

PCH has stooped to porno style adds and it makes me so mad I’m about to blow a gasket , I also have a complaint about a quiz that’s needs the correct answer to be put there and I’ve emailed about 4 times in over 3 months about this issue and there just blowin me off , I’ve also sent the correct information about this but ya can tell they don’t give a s—t

PCH is a scam ring and needs to stop wasteful spending

PCH is a Fraud I played 8 years and won $50 dollars, they sent me a check that bounced I quit playing after that, because theses liars Cheated me, I hope they go broke because of there lies, time to Boycott this Fake Game, I hope y'all get lawsuited because of your Lies, this game means nothing I'm done with y'all and your Blatant Lies, I am Angry that y'all lied to me but also to the people that played this game, 8 years I played. I am done wasting my time and for who and what for something this Damn Careless, people BOYCOTT AND LET THEM GO BROKE

This company has lied and misled tons of people they literally got taken to court and lost. They don’t have any clear way to contact them for information they get peoples hopes up i made it to black diamond in like a year maybe less I played all the apps all the websites entries the point system for sure don’t work the winner list never changes when you go to look at it they bloke me from posting how Pch lost their case and had to pay customs for using shady practices. Pch feeds on people of lower income and senior the know we continue play because who doesn’t want to be fanatically set for life

Big changes: 50% fewer token prizes when the really needed more; low value prices instead of more higher value prizes...no more computers, trips, Tv's, higher cash, etc. More token required for each item then in the past. NOT AS MUCH INTEREST IN PLAYING

All that money mine they just gave it all to Zachariah Xavier benson...now what thank you guys great people nice van

for 40 year of playing token games and waiting to drop dead im told that im the best of the best still all they want me to do is give away all my tokens nothing happens i have waisted my whole lifefe away still no winning yet it the publishers liers house i have given up

So someone told me that I won money from you guys and I never got it? Why could that be? I guess you wanted me to commit suicide too huh. Also I did not give you permission to give it to mike guy he's my landlord not my friend or family member. So where is my money!!!??

The insane amounts of pop up’s and advertisements is horrible! It’s so bad now, that my phone gets extremely hot to where I can’t even charge, nor use it. The whole thing has gotten worse and way out of hand!

I’ve been playing for over 8,5 years and have amassed well over 1 billion tokens with absolutely nothing to show for it. Though I’ve seen people considerably younger than me who have been shown as winners that I know have not collected as many tokens or have endured the PCH nightmare as long as me. They classify me as a VIP and I’ve been at their highest red diamond ♦️ level for years, without ever winning anything! ☹️

It really sucks have so much time and energy invested in something so empty. It’s really terrible how they string people along and that their customer service never responds to your emails. They’re rude and unfriendly when you call them! The PCH site always freezes up and I’ve screwed out of multiple chances of winning! Big thumbs down 👎!!!

While viewing ads in order to enter sweepstakes scam pages keep opening. One ends in .top that wants you to answer 9 questions. Why is PCH.com allowing this on their website? No wonder they are filing for bankruptcy - you can’t treat customers this way.

Doesn't work, and can't enter any feedback

SCAMMERS APPLE CARDS. DON'T RECOMMEND SCAMMERS.

Where do I begin? PCH used to sell junk items, until they got caught up in their mess. Now it endless scam ads. They get money each time you watch them. Especially on the pch app. Everything you enter, you are bombarded & you are forced to watch an ad. Most of them are scams. It doesn't matter if you enter 9 different things back to back, there will be an ad in order to claim your entry. On several occasions i had to restart my phone just to leave the ad! Then theres countless emails that lead you to the app, but when you arrive there, no mention of the award in the email, zilch! And the so called winners, example: Betty B. from Louisiana, yeh right, might as well be Betty Boop,LOL. You wouldn't ever really know if anyone truly won anything at all. And when they do supposedly, show winners its always nice homes in nice areas, not ever rural areas nor people who really need to win! You can play gazillion times & have gazillion tokens to no avail, not even winning any gift cards, nor a copper cent. I believe PCH is insulting innocent people's intelligence & possibly having a good time doing so. "VIP ELITE" so they say: LOL
Sad! But this is the world we live in now.

Don't trust PCH Games. AVOID Publishers Clearing House, everyone. They are infected with viruses and malware 🙁 Their games are EXTREMELY crooked and rigged, and their, so-called phony sweepstakes odds are at best 1 in 2.4 billion! They should be forced out of business, and their executives locked up in jail! 🙁

PCH IS A SCAM. I’ve been playing 40 years. Never won anything, including online, I’ve gotten to deal with some arses who pretended they were with PCH. No PCH does nothing with scammers except collect the info. How can they punish a person for being a jerk, with their rep? You can enter and enter like I’ve done for decades, listen to their pathetic garble IF AND WHEN YOU EVER GET TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep in mind they know nothing about accountability. The know nothing about anything except getting pissed when people call them on their PREFERENCE for certain areas and peoples demographics. THEY ARE IN NO POSSIBLE WAY A FAIR CONTEST. THEY WILL LEAD YOU ON, TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY THE CRAP THEY ONCE PREACHED WOULD HELP YOU WIN. YES…I WAS PLAYING THEN YES I BOUGHT STUPID SHITE FROM THEM. WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PRAISE. THEIR WORDS AND GAMES HAVE DESTROYED ANY RESPECT OR BELIEF IN THIS COMPANY OF LIARS. DONT worry, call them out and they will cry to the Heavens about how fair they are.
