Paytm cheating people, I earned cashback but it's not useful, I cannot use that money for any other transaction.

It is simpler than most upi apps but it has few cons which is very irrelevant and disappointing.It has very low chance of failing a transaction but it also is bad at not providing refund in time.

I was having a payment which got stuck and the receiver has not received the payment it's useless it's waste I hate this app

I had a very bad experience with them I had made a transaction but my money got lost and the receiver not received the money I hate this app

Paytm service Pvt Ltd at Balasore location , hear very pethetic work culture, Specially Team leader Debadata pati,he is harassing me ,as a new commer I am not getting any support from team leader,and also he is asking money for Poients .

The worst support ever I lost my 30,000 because of the company, don't use this.

I LIVE IN SURAT , A GUY NAMED ABHISHEK AND HIS CO PARTNER UIYAZ WERE TOO UNHELPFULL THEY GOT THE MONEY FOR ATTACHING THE PAYTM SPEAKER AND DIDNT ATTACHED IT PROPERLY AND WENT HOME SAYING "HO GYA H MANJHA LEKE AANA H PATANG UDANI H " ,PARTY MAI JANA H ,AND WENT . SO UNHELPFULL I WANT A PROPER ANSWER FOR IT .

I had worst experience in 2018 about paytm. Now I thought they may be improved but still their treatment is pathetic. No proper customer care, only system generated answers. I was using amazon pay and gpay I thought I will give it a try for paytm. Once if you face any issues with payment or cashback. You will not get any solution and think that your money is gone. Fraud company.

I purchase gold from Paytm gold of rs.85000 and sold rs. 78000 gold and now balance is zero i lost rs. 4500

I am writing this because paytm is idiot your help and support option on paytm is useless you are not even providing any solution nor any explanation, i have booked a ticket from paytm (which btw was a very big mistake never gonna use it again). I have already cancelled 1 passenger’s ticket from the airline directly, and airline has already informed me that they have refunded back to you, but still it has been so many days and i have not received my refund i want my refund as soon as possible.

Worst and delayed service ever

this side ajay. i am book the bus ticket new delhi to jammu. but ticket cancelled message after 2 minutes . i am already the ticket raise last one week, but paytm side no response . paytm refund service is very poor, but paytim side no refund yet. so kindly proceed the refund and solve the problem earliest

Pehle acha tha ab har transaction pe problem kyun aati hai? Merchant ne scan kar liya fir bhi paisa kat gaya aur merchant ke paas nahi pahucha complaint karni padi

Firstly there is no customer support number or email id available.

I'm not received the Amazon Prime Membership Voucher of 150 discount code after credit card payment successfull of 20710, Order ID : 23687739734, UPI Ref No.453717561202.

As per eligible user - who should minimum pay 20000 credit card bill payment, I paid credit card bill payment more than 20000 but there is no Amazon Prime Membership voucher received.

Paytm is the worst service provider in India. I tried to call their customer care number which was mentioned on their website but just one persone kept on answering the call with "apko email kar denge ( we will send an email) with taking any details. Pathetic and unprofessional.

I want a date modification in my international flight. Whereas Paytm's platform not allowing it online. and advising to call the customer care number for such date changes. Trying 100 times. there if like no possibility even to speak to someone. All automated lines / disconnecting , feeling fed up.

This is the worst company in the world and I have had experiences with many fraud companies. If you transfer a four figure amount to anyone, they will deduct it from your bank immediately however will not credit it to receivers bank account. If some one is sending you money, they will debit the senders account and will not post it to your account. You can use all the filthy words and all the profanity in the world for this company. Absolutely no customer service. Rouge company, biggest fraudsters in the world.
