I paid for a ghost

That`s the only way I can explain it. Found this site called appnebula, filled out some dreamy-looking quiz about my "true cosmic self" and it said - pay to unlock your profile and get the app. So i did. And then... sience. No email no app just the soft of $29.99 leaving my wallet
Paypal processed both charges like it was nothing

Ah yes, nebula - the "astrology platform that helps you discover your soul... or just empties your wallet. Saw their test, paid to unlock an "exclusive" app experience (that doesn`t exist, by the way), and then lost another $50 just by clicking on their contact email. Didn`t even hit send. What a JOKE. And the real kicker? Both charges ent through PayPal, and they rejected my dispute. Next time I want to be robbed, I`ll at least expect a magic crystal in return

This is not right, and no one has the right to do this. Appnebula.co offered to buy access to the app via paypal. The app is nowhere to be found, and when I clicked on their email additional money was debited from my account. I still don`t know how this happened but I wrote to support and am waiting for a response

i have already seenthat i am not the only one with this problem so i am not alone
i want to say right away that i am sincerely concerned about how easily this scam is supported by a large payment service provider and i reported this problem to paypal providing evidence but my case was closed without resolution
i came across a service called nebula (their website as appnebula.co) and after filling out a questionnaire i was asked to pay to unlock access to an app that was supposedly available on google play (have you ever heard of such a thing no?)
the payment went through paypal but neither the app nor the confirmation ever arrived and the simply does not exist

I paid for appnebula thinking it was some cool astrology thing, saw the landing page, clicked on it thought everything was fine. And then boom - 30 bucks gone and no app lol?? I checked Google Play, can`t even find it. Then I clicked on their email to ask what the hell was going on, and another 50 bucks just disappeared from my PayPal. Not cool
Tota scam. PayPal didn`t even bother, why do you even need protection?

You may have heard of website called Nebula. Oh Nebula.. What a spiritual journey that was, into my wallet. I took their "soul discovery" test (so cosmic, so deep). The paid for access to a mystical app that was allegedly waiting for me on Google Play. Spoiler, it`s nit there. Like at all. There`s even a mistake in the name!!! Payment was made via PayPal, which rejected my two requests for reimbursement, even despite the evidence

The website appnebula offers to take a ‘test’ and subscribe to some sort of app via PayPal. I paid, but didn't get any app - it's not available on Google Play, even though they promise otherwise.

When I clicked on their email to contact them, my card was immediately charged another $50, with no warning at all. This is a blatant scam. I filed a dispute with PayPal, attached everything I could - in response I got a cancellation. No support, no defence. The scammers continue to use PayPal in peace.
