On January 21st
On January 21st, I passed an order that was partially canceled by the merchant. I contacted paybright in February before the last two scheduled withdrawal in order to advise them, and the agent I spoke with confirmed that it would be adjusted and that I wouldn't be charged for the canceled items. Since then, I have been going back and forth between Foot locker and Paybright in order to get reimbursed and to get the payment to stop in my account. I am still being deducted to this day. I have contacted the merchant, and they explained that everything was canceled on their side and that paybright are the one I should contact. This has been going on for months, I am still waiting for a callback from a supervisor, and nobody seems to be willing to help. I am appalled by the lack of sympathy shown by the agent I have spoken to and the little help offered. I need this resolved ASAP, please help.

This service is HORRIBLE
This service is HORRIBLE. I used this service once and beside having a lot of issues online to get it done with a bunch of web errors and 400 http error codes I decided to give it a few changes until I got it to work.
However I tried to use it again one year later just to have even more problems from the samsung website. 404 page not found one time trying with different browser, clearing cache and nothing, and support .... well we better dont go there.
