What happened to the NHS being their at the poiht of need?

If that is the case why is it that for my surgery, for the last two days, even before the surgery opens, the Patchs system is at its capacity and within 10 minutes of it reaching its next available window its full again and not available until 07:01 the following morning.
Two surgeries in the same health centre and one uses the PATCHS system and the other doesn't, what does that tell you about the "practices"?

Very easy interface to use for someone who is neurodivergent. I am very grateful for this as I am able to book appointments etc very simply.

By talking to people I was getting the impression the online Patches was difficult to navigate.I found it relatively straight forward and on the occasions I have submitted the questionaires over the past 12months or so have had a fast response.

I’m really not sure why this pile of rubbish has such high reviews?
I’ve been using this app low for some time and have NEVER found it useful. I get emails saying “you have a message form your GP ” but when I try to access it I am usually told that I cannot access messages out of hours. What a joke! This app, I thought was supposed to allow patient “access” whenever it suits.
One thing I have noticed is that when I do log on I get bombarded with messages to book appointments with private providers. This is made even more attractive by the fact it is made particularly difficult to access my own NHS GO services.
I am a 47 year old tech minded professional and I genuinely find it difficult to navigate the app to find reverent services and in particular, messages. How on earth on earth an elderly patient manages I have no idea.
This idea of an app to access services is great but this app falls short, very short indeed.

Really useful little queue saver!
Really useful little queue saver if you have the capacity to use it. The webpage is quite easy to navigate but it took me a while before I could say this! Maybe the surgery telephones should have protected time for the very young and the very old so they can get immediate access to a GP. Outside of these protected hours then it should be a free for all, or just use Patchs

Very poor service lies all the time I even came into surgery & still lied & didn’t repeat my meds ( yes came into surgery) the girl was as laughing ) past 3 months all new staff all rood terrible forget my meds on repeat & don’t listen I even put request to speak to the owner dr moussa they refused & then put call back from not who o requested so they knew I would tell her the truth about the staff actions these kinda people should not be working at a GP who lie & can’t be trusted this is why this country hates peoples like these staff …. I was out of meds that’s how much they have been messing about even the chemist said they are so bad ! Do not join this surgery the date I can’t put but it’s been past 3/4 months (shafsbury medical Center ) South Harrow

Still waiting for a Doctor's reply
I was promptly answered by reception after a reasonable period and was fully understood. This was on behalf of my wife who was prescribed an Penicillin type drug when her intolerance of Penicillin is well known.
When my wife requested an alternative she is still waiting a reply after 6 hrs.
