Great rugs and outstanding service
It has been a genuine pleasure working with Arash and his team, who have given me real understanding of the quality and history of the rugs, and helped find the perfect rugs for our home in a way that is empathetic to the house, and some of the more unusual sizes required. I could not be happier with the quality of the rugs or advice/

bad experience
One of the worst experiences I have had with any company. They had my rug from October to January to clean. They did not reply to my calls/emails for 2 weeks whilst they had it, but eventually gave me a quote. I went ahead with the work, and then they accused me of not paying the full cost when i had. I received my rug back and was very unhappy as there was discolouration on the pattern. I complained and they took the rug back to assess it but are denying anything is wrong so I am stuck with a damaged rug for a lot of money.
