Pars Rug Gallery Anmeldelser

I was allocated Pars Rug Gallery as part of an insurance claim for a candle melting on to my inherited Chinese rug.Arash came out in person to collect the rug & assured me that they could fully restore the rug. Even to refringing it. I therefore arranged for him to take the other matching rug for cleaning & refringing at my own cost. I was thrilled with the restoration work & the rugs have been restored to their former glory. I was able to do a video call to see the restored rugs side by side before delivery back to me in person by Arash. My only problem was that after an initial email confirming collection of the rug it seems that the company had not logged in my correct email address so communication was erratic thereafter via telephone until the mystery of undelivered email invoice was solved.
This apart I would highly recommend Arash & team for their expert craftsmanship.

The whole process was very impressive; professional, thorough, efficient and reassuring, offering customer service at its best. Our rug looks fantastic having been cleaned with such care, and we are thrilled with the finished result. The whole experience was brilliant, and we will certainly recommend Pars Rug Gallery to friends and family in the future.

Today I collected this much loved rug....a wedding gift from my father. After cleaning and restoration, a truly
professional and sensitive transformation, by a very skilled team, led by Arash and Abhishek.
It took several months, but was well worth the wait!
I await a similar outcome with a Turkish rug that I should be able to collect at the end of February 2025!

I had an old Persian rug inherited from family which was damaged and beginning to fall apart and for only sentimental reasons I wanted it repaired. Pars inspected it and gave me three options depending on the level of repair up to full restoration and cost. I am absolutely delighted with the result which was sensitively carried out by experienced craftsmen with several consultations during the process.

Pars rug gallery performed an excellent job on the restoration of my Turkish carpet. The initial advice I received regarding the nature of the work that might be needed along with alternative treatments was helpful and the collection of my carpet very prompt - advice on wrapping the rug for transport was also given. After an initial clean a report was produced by the Pars team including photographs advising further work needed. I opted for work that included rebinding and attention to frayed areas. The Pars staff were knowledgeable, always helpful and accessible, providing confidence that a good service was being given. As expected I was delighted with the rennovation work achieved by Pars - brighter colours and strengthend fabrick condition - and would happily recommend them to anyone seeking to restore a valued rug or carpet. The work wasn't cheap and took time, but worthwhile restoration requires adequate resourcing and the results in this instance represented great value for money.

Restoration of a Kashmiri rug was superb. Cleaning of two rugs excellent. Both rugs look brand new. No hesitation in recommending them.

Would use Pars Rug Gallery again.
Very good customer support/contact and explanation with photographs at each stage. Explained other options, mine needed a repair but as couldn’t afford this time, I was not pressured into having done. I had an exceptionally (embarrassingly so) dirty rug but it came back lovely and clean. Thankyou.

From the first call everyone was so helpful with no pressure. As for the quality of workmanship, outstanding, if only all companies were as good as this one

Super - very pleased with the result.

My father gave me a rug which had some holes in it and needed some love and care. It is very sentimental to me. Pars collected the rug and reviewed it and then had a call with me to explain what needed doing. They were able to tell me the “critical” things vs the “nice to haves” which was really useful. They did a really great job and hand delivered the rug back to me. Every part of the process was a pleasant experience and their customer service is second to none. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you to Pars Rug Team for cleaning and repairing my inherited Antique Persian Qashqai Rug to make it look like new. During the process they provided me regularly with progress updates and I felt the rug was in very safe hands. I would recommend the company to others.

I have a lovely relatively expensive " modern" rug that we loved, so wanted to attempt to clean it properly. A local guy tried with no real impact - we did have red wine stains on a cream base . Pars Rug Gallery were amazing from pick up / regular contact and ultimate result ... it looks as new !! Cannot recommend highly enough .

I have an antique Turkish rug that after 25 years of owning it, needed thorough cleaning and the edges and fringes restored. The job that Pars Rug Gallery have done is superb. Applying craftsmanship and professionalism of a very high order, I was regularly kept informed of progress. This included many photos, but also detailed videos and explanations of the work being undertaken and why. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Efficient collection and great communication about what they were doing with the rug. Happy with the results of the cleaning.

From first contacting Pars Rug Gallery to seeing photos of the work in progress and then the final result, it has been a wonderful experience. When Arash came to see our family's old Persian rug, it was in a sorry state with badly worn patches and edges missing. He was able to tell us all about it and explain in detail the work that could be done to restore it. After 5 months, the work has been completed and I am delighted with the result. The rug is beautiful with the true workmanship and colours now revealed.

Expert advice and Arish is very approachable and helpful.

Firstly, my rug has come back cleaned and beautifully restored by wonderful craftspeople, I could not be happier with the results. It's an elderly Kashmiri wool/silk mix which had a great deal of wear and staining. It is now bright and the edges and warp fringe have been expertly restored, beautiful work. From the outset communication has been superb, I've been kept informed at every stage, costs have been totally transparant and well presented so I could see exactly what each element of the clean and restoration costs. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, I feel really lucky to have stumbled upon them. Very happy indeed.

I was delighted with the cleaning and restoration of my woollen rug, completed with care and attention to detail! And thanks to Abhishek for always being there to answer my questions and lead me through the process.

From initial contact, I felt that I was talking to a very professional company. The email contact was very friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend Pars Rug Gallery without question.

Pars Rugs have cleaned and restored a rug for me which was bought in 1972 in Kashmir. The rug was in a sorry state having been used in a lounge for many years and then stored when we moved house. Areas had been attacked by moths and the fringes had worn away. The rug has been restored to an amazing standard. The colour matching is perfect and the skill of the restorers means that it’s impossible to tell where the problem areas were that have been mended. Information was supplied at all stages and the quality of the work is such that I can totally recommend this company.
