No transport at pick up
No transport at pick up. Had to wait over an hour and they only came then because one family got a taxi and alerted them if the issue. Rang the number many times and it would not connect. The staff said they were watching flight arrivals and none came through yet family members were tracking the flight and they knew we had landed. Very disappointed

Lost a couple of stars this time as when I tried to check in the man told me that he’d just lit a cigarette, as it was quiet - so I had to wait ! 2 staff on duty but only 1 dealing with customers, so check-in took 25 minutes this time. A little disappointing as service is usually better than this. Much better on our return however.

Our flight was late getting in
Our flight was late getting in. Despite the fact that the airport was empty by midnight on the 10th , you failed to send a bus and were not contactable by phone . There were alot of people left stranded by you , eventually many of us got taxis this cost me £13.80 . On arrival to your premises there was plenty of staff on but no apology forthcoming. A friend had a similar experience earlier in the day . Very poor, ideally you should at least reimburse my taxi fee

Appalling service
Myself and my 83 year old husband among others, were left waiting for over 1 hour for the bus from the airport to our car. When ringing the number given, numerous times, it rang, gave a long speach about booking and the Web page, then it rang once and went dead. This happened to lots of other people left waiting. Eventually a few people took a taxi to your depot, and pointed out that there were people waiting, eventually the bus arrived. Your driver stood and watch me(being disabled) struggling with our luggage when others helped me out. When we got to the depot there were a few people in the back room, chatting and laughing.
I can truly say that this was the most appalling service, and will Not be using your "service" again. Judi o'sullivan
