We’ve never been on a cruise before and so Tina was brilliant. She gave us all the information we needed and gave us suggestions re accommodation that helped us make a variety of decisions.

I started talking to the agent just before 6:30 at night and five hours later we were still communicating and they were helping me make my booking.

They were so unbelievably helpful and friendly and efficient and got me exactly what I needed and probably more than I realised I wanted.

I’m not sure I could heap enough praise on this particular agent, unfortunately I don’t know their name.

I’d been speaking to loads of different travel agents over the last couple of days with regards to making bookings for cruises et cetera and all of them left me cold and they felt very immovable.

Helpful staff, always answered queries quickly. Itinerary exactly as stated. Transfers etc very easy. Had never used Paramount before but will definitely use them again.

Andreia has now down 2 cruises for us. Started looking wasn’t sure what we exactly wanted but with her knowledge she was able to put us together to unbelievable packages.
Next year off to the med and a bucket list trip to Nashville 2028 will use paramount cruise again great service.

Caitlin at Paramount has been extremely helpful and has patiently responded to every query and detail that we’ve raised concerning our booking, no matter small. We feel that we’re in very safe hands!

I needed to package a deal as the primary aspect was a NZ cruise with several Australian cities tacked on.
I used Trailfinders initially to source the best hotels, flights etc but their deposit was excessive.
Paramount had provided my last 2 cruises but a flight issue had put me off, hence TF but upon talking to Caitlin I was reassured that Paramount would look after me.
We had several phone calls all handled patiently and professionally and Caitlin understood first time exactly what I wanted and delivered. Well done and thank you!
Caitlin, also offered some alternatives in Port Douglas and built in transfers which TF said were too dear to add in! Paramount were also £263 cheaper, included transfers and asked for a lower deposit so in my humble opinion this is an awesome ( unbeatable) proposition!!
For those interested the previous issue Jan / Feb ‘24 involved flying from Buenos Aires to Iguazu falls which I was told was a direct flight only to find that I had a 5 hour transfer at Cordoba!! All complaints were ignored back then.
Anyway, I will be watching carefully this time as I have booked on the basis of using Singapore Airlines, and assuming nothing changes I have also specified the flight times desired.
It’s a big deal when you spend £17K on a holiday but this time with Caitlin supporting, I’m sure it will all go well!

The agent Caitlin was excellent, she went into detail about everything we wanted to know.

Caitlin has been fantastic throughout the booking process. Knowledgable, helpful and honest. Helping to create exactly the trip we want for our bucket list cruise to Alaska. Finding the right hotels pre-cruise, sharing information on locations and excursions, as well as finding the right flights to suit us, as we have to travel to the UK from Spain prior to leaving on the trip. Fantastic experience so far.

The process to fulfil our requirements were excellently handled , Caitlin our sales representative was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer any of our queries- we were made to feel special and satisfied we achieved what we wanted for the best price possible.

Purchased an MSC cruise through Paramount as it was an incredible price. No faults, problems or concerns - my booking appeared on MSCs booking site immediately after confirmation. Once on board there was no difference to my experience than if I’d booked direct. The use of WhatsApp for customer support is really helpful and very fast to respond - we won an upgrade a few days before the cruise and I contacted paramount to reissue my tickets and they did it immediately. Can’t fault them at all and found them very trustworthy and reputable.
