I visited the Ringwood store today to purchase a velez evolution smock, I was helped by Graham and Auds. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about Paramo products. The store was very clean. they had what I wanted, I ended up buying a pair of cascada trousers as well.

Such knowledgeable staff and a great shop

Replacement Gilet
Having got a rip on my gilet I decided to purchase a new one. Knowing that Páramo recycled old equipment I contacted them and got a very generous £50 voucher towards a replacement.
I ordered it on a Saturday morning and received the garment on the following Monday.
What a great service! The equipment is expensive, but it is excellent and, in the long term, good value.

The after sales service was very good especially from Hannah my inquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The Velez 7 shorts are excellent plenty of secure pocketing, if this item was available in a trouser format I would be at the front of the queue.

Worth a long trip
I took a bit of long trek to get to this store and Kristina made sure I was well looked after.
Excellent knowledge of the company and products. She smiled through my boring stories and bad jokes whilst managing to piece together that garbled mess of an info dump to help me buy the right smocks for my wife and I.

The staff really know what they are…
The staff really know what they are talking about. Its obvious thay they get out and use the kit. Both times I have bought from this shop I've had brilliant advice.
They were happy for me to try on the same things multiple times and encouraged me to try alternate pieces thay would work better for what I wanted.
Really cant rate them enough.

Visiting a paramo shop
I visited the Páramo shop in Ringwood recently. They had the full range of jackets that I wanted to look at . I was able to purchase the one I’d looked at on line in the right size &in the colour I wanted . The staff were really helpful & friendly & even suggested a nice place to have lunch as I’d travelled 3hrs to get there . The quality of the clothing , the recycling of old items so nothing goes into landfill is just so good . It’s worth making the effort to travel to one of their shops . I’m now kitted up for walking in all weathers again 👍
