I moved to a new home and you would not accept my address in your system. I called stamps.com three times and I contacted Pandora four times and could not get this resolved.
I had to finally send it to my husband‘s work, which I really did not want to do, but I don’t know what you need to do to update your system or stamps needs to update their system, but I’ve lived in this house for four weeks and it is a valid address. It is.

We feel your frustration. That said if STAMPS.com doesn't accept an address we're unable to print postage. There is no getting around that. We can continue to ship to your husbands work address or any other address that works.

I got a very quick response when my order was delayed because the one tint I ordered was on back order. They quickly resent the remaining order and credited my credit card and sent priority mail. The only issue I have is that they did not inform me of the back order issue when they were aware that my delivery was taking longer than expected. Icalled to find out what the delay was

Delivery (16 days) Unacceptably Slow!
Delivery took way too long (16 days) in the age of two day Amazon delivery. Products appear to be fine but I have not opened them yet.

My order was never delivered
My order was never delivered. Instead of shipping a replacement, they told me I had to track the original package from USPS. I consider this very poor customer service. If they are unable to track the package they shipped they shouldn’t ship anything using that method. Will never order from them again.
UPDATE- I’m not an idiot. I did check our parcel locker. It’s not there and was not delivered. I shouldn’t be the one having to chase it down at the USPS. You should and then work to make it right.
