Paintstop Anmeldelser

Bought glass and balustrades for decking.
Very friendly and offered helpful advice.
Communication throughout was excellent.
Would highly recommend

Super fast delivery only issue was the fact despite placing 2 orders at the same time one of which was only for a couple of paint brushes the other a can of paint for some reason they dispatched them in 2 separate boxes with 2 different couriers

Outstanding service and great pricing from Paint Stop Ltd. This is the first time I have used them and after my great experience and helpful dealings particularly with Kitti they will be my first choice for paint and decorating supplies in the future.

I am a great fan of Little Green paint, but their website is really tricky to navigate. That’s why I went to Paintstop, the website is easy to navigate and got my Little Green paint. The right colour and batch without any problems delivered to my door.
Highly recommended.

Quick dispatch and delivery service. Paint samples wrapped very well but one of them arrived dented- hence 4 rather than 5 stars.

First time I have used Paintstop and it won't be the last!
Good prices, good stock and EXCELLENT delivery. Even better as they used DPD for our delivery (maybe they use other carriers for different areas) and without doubt DPD are the best courier for our area. Packing was excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent company. Ordered 10L of paint and it arrived the next day. Can’t get better than that.
Had issue with DPD but paint shop sorted it out without issue.
Can’t praise them high enough. Will definitely use them again.

Easy to order on line and arrived next day. Can't say fairer than that!

I wanted a sample of a paint I liked and couldn’t believe it was free! And nothing for the delivery, which took a couple of days- what’s not to like!!👍

I ordered some glitter additive online arrive on time and to an alternative address.Great service. Will definitely use this company again.

Helpful staff and really big range! Competitive pricing as well! As a professional decorator, this is my new favourite shop!

Unlike others Paintstop had the paint that I needed at a fair price and they delivered it more or less immediately. What’s not to like?

Supplier for Farrow and Ball colours, however the colour they mixed for us was a very poor match. Completely different colour to both the official Farrow and Ball tester and the F&B colour wheel.
Refused to give refund even though it was their mistake, claiming they ‘tested’ the paint and it was the right colour despite photographic evidence to the contrary!
Often it is when things go wrong that you learn most about a company’s honesty and customer service.
Don’t trust this company if you are looking for a genuine F&B colour as they cannot be trusted to supply the right colour or to deal with their mistake responsibly!

Edit following company reply -
I can confirm that the tester pot was from Farrow and Ball, the replacement paint for the decorators was purchased off the shelf (ready mixed) from B&Q and the colour tester wheel used is the official one purchased direct from Farrow &Ball. All of the colour shades on these products match perfectly, the paint supplied by Paintstop does not, so either all of the reputable company’s shades are incorrect or the customer services at Paintstop are less than truthful about their ‘testing’. I can’t post the photos here to let you make up your own mind, but I will post them on the Farrow and Ball Lovers Facebook page to warn others about purchasing from this company. My advice is just pay a little extra and deal with more reputable companies. I have also requested a return of the paint so that information is also incorrect. As it’s a full pot of 5l, I’ll donate it to a local charity who won’t mind that it’s not a perfect match to the colour it was meant to be.

Ordered some paint online and was delivered quickly by DPD. Well packaged and very impressed with service from both Paintstop and DPD.

Great product reasonably priced and arrived earlier than expected.

I have nothing but praise for PAINTSTOP. Their pricing is first class and the delivery was unbelievable. We had a minor problem, but their response was typical of them - excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Very good service and value for money even on a bank holiday

Great service from Paint Stop. Good prices, quick delivery, and free delivery over £30 which is a bonus. Everything arrived really well packaged. Would definitely use again.

Ordered 2 Sandtex samples, as weren't available in local stores. They arrived well packaged and on time.
Much better than driving around looking for the samples....

Just short of a 5 star review, only because my paint order was inadvertently delayed. The range and prices on offer were absolutely comparable to other large online paint outlets, and in many respects their prices far keener.

Most importantly, the response to my complaint about delivery delays was taken in good heart, and I was refunded my postage cost. Can't ask for more than that, thank you.
