2 packages ordered of packing boxes for next day delivery. The packages were handed over to UPS. Then disaster. UPS gave them to local company one week later who only delivered one package still awaiting second package 10 days after order was made. I will never again use yourselves or if I see other companies using UPS for delivery

All arrived as ordered a couple of days after ordering. Good quality at a good price.

Would have been 5 stars of the wardrobe box hadn't been folding in two as it's now got a point of weakness and was tricky to pick up when filled. But I accept they're unwieldy items.

Ordered large single-walled boxes advertised as suitable for moving (Order No: 15622). In reality, they couldn’t even hold clothes (under 10kg) without collapsing.

Customer service later said these are “lightweight” boxes and not meant for moving — which raises the question: why sell them as moving boxes at all?

Misleading product description, poor quality, and a waste of money during an already stressful move. Very disappointing experience.

I had paid 5.95 gbp extra for next day delivery, as this was urgent for me, didnt receive next day , 2 days later they sent parcel through ups, i had mentioned i live in flat so please ring bell and wait for me but the ups driver just updated delivery failed. at this point when i tried calling them for 10-12 time most of the time no one picked and when 1 person picked 2 times just hang up on me . not goning to to use their services next time.
i had to deal with ups alone and collected parcel from their office. Disappointing experience

Paid £5.95 for next day delivery, it wasn’t delivered. Eventually had to visit a local unit to collect. Not good. What’s tge point?

If you're moving house, I would 100% recommend Packing Solutions. I like the fact that it's a one-stop shopping experience to get everything you need to pack up your worldly possessions! They do stock other 'packing solutions' too (pardon the pun), so worth taking a look. I particularly liked that you can purchase a 'bundle' of essential packing supplies based on the size of your property you need to pack up.
