Website chat is useless, says an operative will be in touch shortly, doesnt happen! No other way of getting help and finding where my order is as over 1 week late!

Lovely customer support team! Due to a courier issue, my initial order was not delivered, but the team rectified this quickly by dispatching a replacement to be redelivered. They also checked if I still wanted the original delivery as well, but I was happy for them to keep it as I received what I needed. I also received helpful advice on the correct sizing of packages for the items I want to use them for. Really helpful and kind staff. 'Tis a great company who do well by keeping their ear to the ground and listening to customers. Thanks to Magdalena and Barbara of Packhelp!

Great so far.. not received my order just yet but excited to see the final product

We have used Packhelp for our custom printed Kraft mailer production for a number of seasons and we are always very pleased with the quality and speed of production/delivery. Have used packhelp for years now and always happy with the service and product

We are very happy with our new e-commerce boxes that we have received. Before the production, there was a small error with the design of the box but it was quickly resolved once I brought it to Natalia's attention. The delivery of the boxes was very efficient.

Overall we are very happy with the service provided.

Super easy website to use. Far easier than may others. A number of options available. Just what I wanted! Super fast service when sending samples. Now awaiting printing of boxes and can not wait to receive them!
