Slow delivery, poor customer service, ships from Poland not UK
Way over the estimated delivery date, slow, unhelpful customer service.. say your order will be shipped from the UK and then ship it from Poland. I will have to think carefully before placing future orders.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I unfortunately ordered boxes from Pack"help" UK recently, and there was printing issues with my boxes.
I simply asked for new ones to be sent out, and was told there would be a review. I have since followed up with several emails and there has been no response or reply from anyone.
I work for a company that uses bespoke packaging frequently, so I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
Use another recommended company such as Rajapack UK instead, they're much better and are incredibly responsive with any issues.

Will not order from these people again as the courier companies they use are dreadful and their packaging materials are ridiculously expensive compared to other suppliers. I am still waiting for my bespoke printing order and have phoned about it several times. They just keep telling me it's out for delivery but I never get it. I wish I'd done more research before ordering.
Prompt customer service
I received a notification my order was going to arrive later than the estimated date... I requested customer service to help and they promptly switched it around within the hour so they were dispatched same day. Amazing service - especially Magdalena who was helping me.

The customer service and systems in place are a joke.
• I bought these items from Packhelp entirely because of the speed of turnaround on offer, when I ordered the items I was given the delivery date of 23rd April. I had provided myself with enough time for when I needed in case there were any minor delivery issues.
• On the 23rd of April, we had not received the package, and I checked the website which had updated the delivery date to the 6th May, which was too late for when we needed them by, which I also received zero communication of this change.
• The website then altered to the 7th May., which yet again, I received zero communication of the change.
• After getting in contact with Packhelp, I was told that there was a bug on the website and the original delivery date was inaccurate.
• I asked when the earliest I could receive them was, and after multiple emails chasing, they assured me they would arrive by 3rd of May at the absolute latest. I didn’t cancel my order due to that promise.
• We changed our plans with the people we work with which we needed the boxes for, to align with that promise.
• They didn’t arrive then on the 3rd May.
• Having chased Packhelp, (multiple times!!!) I was told they hadn’t been able to contact your manufacturer (Even considering they’d already promised to deliver them by the 3rd, how does that work?!). And they said you didn’t know when I’d get them – even though they promised to have them with us by then??
• The 7th May arrived (the delivery date on the website), and still no boxes.
• I chased again, multiple times, and was once again told they hadn’t had any contact from your manufactures about my order.
• It wasn’t until I had found a contact address for the CEO, and communicated that to you that I was happy to reach out to him directly, that magically, 23 minutes later, I was the boxes were found, and would be sent that very same day!!!
• I eventually received them on the 10th May, and would now have to post them out to individuals directly. Considering we are a charity, this equated to near £150 of costs that we don’t have budget for, and wouldn’t have had to spend if Packhelp could adhere to any of their promised delivery dates.
During my conversations with Packhelp they assured me that they would provide compensation due to the extra costs we’d had to spend, and for the hours of chasing we had to do, as well as the extra stress put on myself and colleagues.
Unsurprisingly, I had to chase to ask about the compensation.
They have offered me a compensation of just 10% - which equals £26, which is an insult, especially due to the fact that they have cost a charity this much money.
I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Packhelp.
UPDATE 14/06: Packhelp are now completely ignoring all attempts to contact them for me to get the compensation promised.
UPDATE 24/06: I have contacted the CEO and Senior Leadership Team who are also ignoring my request to get the compensation that I was promised.

I'm already waiting for weeks and when I finally got my delivery it had only half the products I ordered in it. Besides that they are impossible to contact rapidly.
