Bought 1000 envelopes, delivered by 10am the following morning. Brilliant service, will be using again!

I've used this company once a month for several years and they never fail to deliver on all counts. Excellent stock at reasonable prices with prompt delivery usually the next day depending on the time you put the order in. Where there has been an issue in the past (eg white envelopes ordered, brown sent) they have been very helpful and efficient in sorting things out.

I have been waiting for the order I bought 5 days ago which it supposed to be delivered the next day, very bad experience for the second time, I will never buy from this company again ;(

Lost 2 stars due to the nearly £7 'next day delivery' charge, whilst they do mention on the website that this may take longer due to the pandemic - it would be a much better customer experience to offer other delivery fees like 2-3 working days or standard 5 working days, etc. Just feels like a not so nice way to make money on delivery charges by only offering 'next day' at check out when during the pandemic it's highly unlikely to be next day.

If someone really needed a delivery next day then they'd be screwed.

Paid for next day delivery, rang to check and was assured boxes would arrive on time but order not sent out from their depot on time. Customer service helpful, prompt refund but very inconvenienced by failure of delivery. I would advise not using them if you need next day delivery.

I needed a pallet of 90 boxes to be delivered quickly, found these guys on the web and saw that they offered express delivery and thought great. Because I needed these boxes for a specific date and time I checked when the item would be delivered. The boxes were delivered on Friday but they sent me the wrong size boxes. I had to wait until Monday to phone them up again and get through to their customer services who explain they can organise re-delivery of the correct item and a collection of the incorrect item. However, they cannot dispatch until Tuesday meaning I wont get these new boxes until Wednesday. I explain I needed these boxes on Friday so by then I would have lost 3 days already, and could they give me a time frame of when the right sized boxes will be delivered and I'm told they have no way of knowing what time their deliveries will arrive... so it could be the evening which means I will have lost 4 days - hardly express packaging?! Then to top it all off, my phone hangs up on the customer services department because the call has cost me so much money and I was on hold for such a long time that I've reached my monthly spending cap.

Update: the general manager responded to my complaint by suggesting that they didn't feel the need to provide me with quicker delivery as it wasn't made apparent to them that my order was major urgent. - I'm unsure how urgent something has to be for them to consider it majorly urgent, but hopefully I'll never have to find out again.

I ordered a moving set from this company at 11am, way before their 3pm deadline for next day delivery. I paid an extra charge for the next day delivery. On the emailed confirmation it explained I would receive the tracking details the next day, which I did not.

I rang the company and got a barely audible response that it was on its way. I waited all day and of course, no delivery!

I managed to find one other review of this company on Yelp and they detailed the exact same problem.

EDIT/UPDATE

The company responded to my email first thing the next morning and had already been in touch with the shipping company who claimed they couldn’t find the address. I confirmed the address they had was in fact correct and the items were delivered before lunchtime. The company emailed again to check the items had in fact arrived and refunded the next day shipping fee.
I was actually quite impressed by the customer service agent who dealt with my problem and they really saved the day by delivering customer service excellence!
