Never worked with such an unprofessional company.
Issues were not resolved. Emails were never answered. Promised calls to resolve complaints and they never happened.

Started off great, ended absolutely shocking.

So I've been using PA2GO for a couple of months now and it has improved my whole life by reducing the amount of admin I have to do it has also improved my revenue now I have a team to answers all my calls.

Summer handles most of my calls and she handles them like a bawse

We did have some speed humps to begin which was mainly down to the software that I use, but once we did training and everyone is comfortable things have been smooth

I used PA 2 go when I started my business. It was incredibly easy to set up and get a PA to help out. The telephone answering services were incredibly professional and helpful. They handled all my calls when I was both in the office and out of, it was monitored and sent over very easily. I had not previously used a PA service before but I would absolutely use this company again.
