Easy online purchase delivered within 48hours

A truly honest and professional approach to customer satisfaction.
From ordering my new generator to its arrival at our Alpaca Farm In Cornwall was less than 24 hours, thank you for your speedy and timely help when needed

Absolutely delighted with the service I received from Oxtrad Tools, I ordered a Hyundai lawnmower last Saturday morning and it arrived at my house at 0930 on Tuesday morning. I received an email from the company on Monday morning advising that the lawnmower had been shipped via TNT with a tracking number and I’d intended to look on the TNT tracking on the Tuesday to see where it was but hey presto it was here before I got a chance to look.
As well as great service Oxtrad Tools couldn’t be beaten on price, I’ve been looking at this particular lawnmower on line for a number of months and Oxtrad tools were considerably cheaper than Amazon and I’d prefer to support independent companies whenever possible so ordered from them and I couldn’t be happier, 5* service from start to finish.
As for the lawnmower (Hyundai 530SPER) very simple to put together screwed the handles on, attached a couple of cables and job done, took about 5 minutes! Filled with oil (supplied with the lawnmower) , charged the battery for 5 hours as per instructions put some petrol in and pressed the button and started immediately, haven’t cut the lawns yet but looks very simple to operate and height adjustment very easy with just one lever to operate, so again delighted with the product.
All in all a 5*+ experience , Oxtrad Tools great company to deal with !

Easy ordering and they phoned me next day to reassure me that it had been despatched as I was uncertain about delivery times and had sent an email with the order.
Also it was the most competitive price, which was a bonus!

Great quick service online. Next day delivery and very friendly service over the phone for some advise.
Great mower aswell!!!

amazing quick delivery, have not tried the lawn mower yet obviously
but that is not their responsibility anyway. got to say very impressed

Superb and excellent service. Ordered 240v lights instead of 110v... no issues dropped off correct lights picked up lights which were originally ordered with no cost.... superb. And fantastic pricing also

Great to deal with, good advice given.
item arrived next day as promised.

Really great machine, even got a beer can holder, in fact it has two for those occasional hot summer days when you need immediate refreshment !! Well done

Extremely helpful. I have access issues and Dave ensured that there would be no problems with delivery. Their prices are also very competitive. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend them.

Shredder arrived quickly; no issues. Have not built yet, but any issues with that would be down to Hyundai (… or me).

It was a pleasure dealing with Dave thank you very much for everything all your help and time i will definitely deal with you again good customer service response and highly recommend.

Good price and excellent service.
