Our Concept Beauty Anmeldelser

I made an order on Sunday. I received a message on Monday saying it had been dispatched. When trying to track it, Royal mail says “we are expecting it” since Monday. I reached out to Our Concept Beauty and I am getting no response. I don’t mind if something is delayed, but it doesn’t make sense that Royal Mail sent me a notification and after 6 days they still haven’t even received it. I could understand if I got a response from customer service but I haven’t even had acknowledgment of my query

Love this company fantastic website, enjoy trying samples sizes at a great price, also quick delivery If there are people thinking about ordering then just do it you will not be disappointed , there is tracking as well.

Super friendly customer service and timely delivery, would recommend having a look at the products they sell which does vary but lots of major brands

I was hesitant using this company as I had never heard of them before. However, this won't be the last! Competitive prices, fast delivery. Nicely packaged. Even had a complimentary item. Highly recommend.

Incredible prices and superbly fast delivery! I couldn't be happier and will be back - thank you very much! 😊

Items are sent out quickly and can always find a good deal compared to other websites.

I get super excited when the Thursday treat email from Our Concept Beauty pops up. The deals you can get are brilliant with top brand names! I bought some Olaplex delas and was given a free gift after spending over a certain amount... Delivery is fast and well packaged...highly recommend :0)
