I saw an ad for this company on YouTube and instantly went to the website. I was super impressed with the selection of jewelry, I was impressed with the option of a free gift after a certain amount spent, I received my order very quickly and I was extra impressed with the packaging. In fact, I like the packaging so much I kept it to store my new jewelry! The jewelry itself is high quality for a very affordable price, and super easy to put in and take out. I got 5 hinged nose hoops and 2 nose studs and they are all beautiful, durable, and don't turn my skin green! I will definitely be buying again! Highly recommend!

Horrible quality, horrible customer service. The pins of two threadless tops I ordered are weak and defective. They bend completely sideways when I try to insert them into posts, making the jewelry unusable. I messaged them for support, and they reply without actually reading my messages. I had to explain myself 5+ times and they still aren’t understanding. Communication is slow and lacking. They respond with 1-3 word messages in the middle of the night but apparently are based in California? They offered no solution but for me to pay return shipping (internationally!). That’ll cost more than the jewelry is worth.

I don’t know how they have such good reviews on Etsy — something fishy is going on.

I’ll be attempting to get a refund through Etsy by filing a case.

On 3/6/26 bought a pair of hoop earrings (314.00). They came two different sizes. Order both the same size. The person selling on Etsy said she didn't see any difference. The photo was very clear. Playing
games.
Asked her to give me a prepaid return label and they put a totally diffrent city on the address. More games. I filed a claim with Etsy and Etsy refund me. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Very dishonest. The seller on Etsy is very hard to deal with. She uses several different names. Ordered from another company I thought was different, it wasn't it was her again. She sent me the 9.97 verison earrings instead of the 300.00 ones. Going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Something very wrong with this company. Got second pair of earrings today finally. Took the earrings to a jeweler and they said not solid gold, there was no mark on it and they were hollow. Jeweler said he didn't even know if they were even gold. They claim they mark them 14kt. No mark any where. Never buying her again. This company is high risk of you being ripped off.

Exactly as described. Great communication, packaging and quality of product! Was easy to put in and clasp and has stayed closed - even with some pulling.

Ouferbodyjewelry the company has bad jewelry and bad customer service. I usually do a better job researching before purchase, but they're on Etsy so I felt safer. They sent me an earring that had multiple reviews with the same EXACT issue, so there's an apparent design flaw with the hoop I purchased. I reached out to them through Etsy and they didn't even respond! Luckily Etsy is there to fight my battle, but Ouferbodyjewelry should be ashamed to keep doing such bad business and not taking care of their customers. They didn't even try to help me.

The product arrived in good condition, and they were very helpful in answering any questions about the order.

This company is impossible to get hold of if needed. Ive emailed them countless times about my missing order, no updates, no contact at all. Ive requested they either send me a new order or refund me. I get no response. I wont be buying from their website again as apparently there's no guarantee whether your order will actually arrive

I bought 2 nose rings 1 was suggested in a review about the size because there was no other way of seeing what the size actually looked like 4 tha particular ring so I bought 2 gold just incase 1 was 2 small n they were both 2 small n they dont look gold they look tarnished..I've been trying 2 contact them 4 over a month n nothing bad business n horrible product

haven’t received my package, it’s past the estimated delivered date. have no received any updates, and have tried to contact customer service and even the shipping carrier multiple times. unsure if i will even receive package.

I absolutely love these earrings! They are listed as nose rings but I use them in my earlobes and love how snug they fit!the colour of the stones are beautiful!

First earring I received wouldnt clasp. Customer service was good and they replaced the earring. I never wore the earring but one time, and when I pulled it out to wear the second time, one of the stones right in the front is gone. I have had the item less than a year and worn it once. I contacted them and the only solution they offered was to send me a replacement stone and me pay a jeweler to put the fake stone back in the $70 earring. In what world is that a reasonable solution. Overall bad quality.

Took to long to get here. Then when it got here it was a big disappointment. Will not do business with them again.
