Excellent and high quality fragrances. One of the only non designer brands that I’ve received consistent compliments on the smell and the oils last all day. Customer service is amazing too and the staff get back to you as soon as possible if ever you need help. Will be buying from them for a very long time.

I buy their discovery set of 6 different fragrances. They last all day and you only need to use a small amount. They are strong but not overpowering and I love changing them each day. Sweet Oud though is my favourite. Have a look, not expensive and nothing wasted if there’s one you don’t like… I love them all :0)

Amazing customer service, quick to reply and resolve any issues you have, the scents are lovely and long lasting and well worth the money. Definitely recommend 10/10

Postage costs too high for Ireland.

I bought the discovery set for 39 euros. Postage paid to Oud Attar was £9.95.

However, I was then charged an additional 33 euros by UPS to get my package.

Some of this was customs duty, which is fine. But UPS charged me almost 20 euros for their "handling fee."

So, having paid about 54 euros to Oud Attar, I then had to pay over 60% of that again.

I ended up paying almost 90 euros for this in total.

I sent back an unopened, unused order and it's been a NIGHTMARE trying to get a refund. They ignore emails, say they've refunded, only to say they'll do it WEEKS later. Avoid this company like the plague! Awful business practice if you need assistance or money back on returns! They've since blocked me on social media too!

I immediately emailed Oud Attaronly to be told nothing about an apology or sending out an actual #OudAttar product !! Even a Oud even a 2ML Oud which are worth nothing , and would be a goodwill gesture and to cover the cost of Postage & package too Of What I Actually Paid For !!!📦 <~~~ This Is A BOX emoji !!!! Which you are false advertising to rob disabled customers like me who are vulnerable!!!

Please respect me and reply to my email & here for everyone to see a real customers experience and NOT a FAKE review like you have on your website/ #Facebook page !!!!

It’s very surprising to me as I ordered 2weeks ago and yet my order hasn’t been delivered to me apparently cause they got the address wrong when I gave specific detail about my address for it to be delivered
Also, I emailed them many times about my order if they were to re-deliver my order but they didn’t even reply to even one of my emails
How sad…
I would love it if the company actually reply’s to my urgent messages and re-deliver my order

I ordered a Royal Oud oil and a 100ml perfume, but they only smelled like oud with no other noticeable notes. Having used the original Royal Oud and similar products from other brands, I can confidently say this one was nothing like the original or any of the others. I contacted them via Instagram to request a refund. I returned my order as instructed, and they told me the refund would be processed within a week. However, it's been over a week, and I haven’t received any payment—and now they’re not responding to my messages on Instagram.

DO NOT ORDER IF OUTSIDE OF UK !

I ordered from France and paid a delivery fee at checkout, thinking that would cover the full cost of my order. To my surprise, I was later asked to pay an additional 33% of the order value in customs charges.

At no point during the checkout process was this clearly communicated. The only vague mention of possible customs duties is buried in the FAQ section — not in the cart, not at payment, and not in the confirmation email. That is misleading and unacceptable.

I felt trapped: either pay the extra charge or lose the order. I reluctantly paid, but the experience left me feeling scammed.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, be warned — you'll likely pay far more than what you see at checkout. I sincerely hope the brand improves its transparency, because this is not how international customers should be treated.

J’ai commandé sur le site Oud Attar, il y a peu de temps, la collection découverte et une surprise mystère, soit au total 7 échantillons.

Total de la commande 49,90€. À cela s’ajoute les frais de livraison de 12,95€ pour mon adresse en France. Jusqu’ici tout va bien. Sur le site il est indiqué que l’on peut avoir 40% de remise en indiquant son adresse mail. Une fois renseignée, cela n’a jamais abouti car visiblement pour la destination France cela ne s’applique pas. C’est dommage mais tant pis j’y vais, en espérant que ça en vaille la peine.

Peu de temps avant la livraison UPS m’informe que les produits ont été dédouanés et que je dois m’acquitter des frais d’expédition à savoir 34 €. C’est la douche froide. J’aurai dû faire plus attention et surtout savoir que la marque n’avait pas d’entreprise en France.

Au total pour 7 échantillons, la note s’élève à 96,85 € (et visiblement pas de remise applicable pour la France)

Point positif quand même, toutes les senteurs sont très agréables et je recommanderai volontiers à l’avenir, si les conditions le permettent !

En conclusion, ces parfums sont chouettes et méritent d’être essayés mais si vous habitez en France c’est tout de même chère payée !

I've just been informed by UPS that my order is being abandoned in Spanish Customs, The product doesn't meet European safety standards for application to human skin. It cannot be imported into Europe nor exported out, therefore it cannot be delivered and it cannot be sent back. The company should have been aware of these regulations before attempting to send the package to Spain. I can see no way to get back in touch with the company, nor have they reached out to me.

It is Good But It Can Be Worth It For Me If I Go For the Other Brand Sugmy Fragrance

I really love these perfumes. They're slightly different, and all unique, but I've been complimented on them a lot. A bit more delicate, less aggressively 'male' or 'female' but interesting and timeless.

Bought a discovery set for a gift but realised the person has it already. So I returned my order, paid for the postage and company is claiming they never received my return. There’s photographic evidence of the parcel being returned by Royal Mail and Royal Mail confirmed this through gps coordinates. Emailed company multiple times, rude customer service. Just a conversation going back and forth saying “we haven’t received your return, We haven't refunded
it. Why should we? What happened?“ “we still haven’t received your return”. All now still haven’t received my refund. Avoid this company, very rude customer service from Erik.

I purchased Oud Attar oil perfume from this seller on 20th March 2025 but cancelled the order within minutes. I received an email confirmation from Shopify stating that my order was cancelled but not refunded. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the seller for my refund, but:
• My emails bounce back as “access denied.”
• I filled out the contact form on their website three times with no response.
• There is no phone number to reach them.

Shopify has confirmed my order cancellation, but the seller has refused to process my refund. I have alerted my bank about this incident.

This business appears to be fraudulent. Avoid purchasing from them unless you want to risk losing your money!

I’ve been a long time customer since 2023. I’ve purchased oud as a gift with no issues in the past. However, in my recent purchase, I contacted the team for a refund (to which they agreed). I’ve paid for postage and sent the items back but I’ve gotten no update about that package since. I’ve tried to reach out but no one’s given me a helpful response.

I bought both the Discovery Set and the Limited Edition set. I had them 2 days before I was back on the website ordering 4 more Discovery sets and 2 more limited edition sets as gifts. I also bought the £5 mystery and this I was expecting to get maybe something that doesn't sell well, I owe Oud Attar an apology, what I got was something that was not in either set but a completely different and absolutely beautiful fragrance, Vanilla Oud! Granted I only really like 2 out of both sets but I'm now planning to start mixing them to see if I can make a new scent that I really like, that way. It's so worth the money even if you only like 1 scent out of all 6 because the others are fine, for every day wear but for special occasions, I know exactly which ones to buy now and not wasted a fortune finding out. This site is a gold mine for perfumes!

I received my Discovery pack of perfume oils two days after placing the order, very quickly for Scotland, many thanks for the speedy service.
The fragrances are just delightful, the individual samples are quite generous and will last for a few weeks at least. Once I have discovered my signature fragrance, I will buy it in the full size bottle.

Was given some of the oud perfumes as a present.Very disappointed with them.They all smell the same and do not last on the skin
