Poor customer service

I purchased item in beginning of June, now also end of July no delivery. Which they have taken money for.

I have chased 4 seperate on email for an order update, and customer service team cannot even be bothered to reply.

I will now be contacting card supply for a full refund and lodging this with the bank as a failure of purchased goods delivery

The only complaint I have is the prices/markup’s somehow the liquid Leakes slowly out of the glass bottle !!! With NO accident or drooping it !!’

If you are reading this “”OUD ATTAR”” a replacement “””SANDAL OUD 15ml”” would be a nice “”Goodwill Gesture”” God Knows How Many Bottles Leak And Maybe Thats Why They Are So Cheap?!!!

I don't normally buy products advertised on social media. On this occasion I'm glad I have. I bought the Discovery Bundle. Each scent is beautifully balanced, lasts on my skin for hours. I am delighted the scents are vegan.
Website was easy to navigate.
Delivery was very prompt.
Lovely, professional, respectful response to my email.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and it's products.
I definitely intend to buy more products from Oud Attar.

What can I say, lovely fragrances, discovery set brilliant and easy to use every day as small bottles easy to carry around if you need a top up. Bigger bottles for at home. Never had so many compliments on the fragrances. It’s always a matter of personal choice and when making a review you have to remember we don’t all like the same, however, with the discovery set you get a choice as well as layering them up to create new fragrances. I have absolutely no complaints other than they are all so nice I cannot decide which one to get in a larger size.

Customer service was spot on, the delivery was prompt.
The scents are amazing too.

Excellent fragrances. My favourite is Vanilla Oud, followed by Sweet Oud. My mum loves Rose Oud and my daughter loves layering a couple to make her own. I also layer Sweet and Oud Noir. I receive many positive comments asking what fragrance wearing. I am always delighted to recommend Oud Attar. Fabulous customer service (not that I have had negative issues - only positive). Often offer a sale meaning that I can afford to test other fragrances without spending too much. Well done Oud Attar! You know how to keep your customers coming back for more!

I am delighted with the Oud range of oils which arrived shortly after my ordering them. The free gift will make a nice gift to a friend, as the peachy smell is not my resonance, however it was nice to have an extra perfume. I like the ease of use of these delicious little bottles of loveliness!

Let me tell you, I was not disappointed.
The stand out Oud oil from the set was definitely the peached Oud].
Most people are used to the usual Vanilla or Amber Oud profiles, but this one?
Honestly, you’ve got something special with this profile/scent

BUYER BEWARE!

Paid for goods on ‘Pre- order’ on the 12th May and these were promised to be shipped out in early June. Its now the end of June and still no goods delivered!! Constant emails and empty promises and nothing delivered but the money was taken on the 12th May!! A very clever way to get revenue paid to you by claiming a new collection needs pre-order!!!

Used to buy regularly from these people. Never again!!!

I bought this on a whim, and am so, so glad I did! I bought the starter set, and got so many compliments when wearing it! I also passed on the we site to a great number of people too. The fragrance lasts for ages, and is as good after all day, as it was at the start of the day. Can't praise it enough!

I've been looking for an oud fragrance for ages and recently scoured the airport duty free but found nothing I liked. I'd been seeing oud Attar adverts and thought I'd go for it. I love them so much! I got Oud elixir in Oud Mastry, Oud rose and Spiced Oud. I must say Oud mastry is phenomenol. It has staying power and smells gorgeous. I've also bought the discovery set as a gift and I can't wait to smell the others. The customer service was also amazing, no quibble and straightforward. So refreshing and warm. A bit like their fragrances❤️

I've purchased from Oud Attar multiple times, but the most recent has left me very disappointed. In early May I purchased a pre-order of their new discovery collection, which was noted as shipping in June.

Over the last 5 weeks I have contacted them in 3 different ways - once using their online contact form, once replying to a marketing text and once directly emailing customer service - asking them to confirm when in June the collection should start shipping. Not only have I not received any response, they haven't even so much as sent an acknowledgement of a single one of my messages. I'm updating this now on 1st July, nothing has been shipped no updates have been sent and no one has responded to me. I'm now sure they've just taken my money and ran.

I'm very disappointed in their complete lack of acknowledgment or response. It doesn't leave me very confident I'll ever receive my order, and at this point I definitely will never purchase anything from them on pre-order again.

My first order from Oud Attar - I had read good reviews about your fragrance house on the internet and from friends. Regarding the specific perfume (Amber Oud), it contained the combination of oud, amber, and musk that I was looking for. Its reviews were also promising. Therefore, I did a blind buy.

Having received it, I was unfortunately very disappointed and a little perplexed. Disappointed because unfortunately, the smell of this fragrance is nothing special, and no different to perfumes I can buy on the high street for under £10. Perplexed because as soon as I apply it (on skin), within a few seconds, the smell disappears. And I have tried applying it several time, and in increasing quantity. If I had bought this from a third party retailer, I would come to the conclusion that it was a fake. I can't otherwise explain why it has such a weak fragrance that disappears nearly instantly after applying it.

I contacted Oud Attar to explain the issue, and ask if I could return the product. They refused, since it had been 'used' - not sure how you are meant to smell the fragrance without using it, but this pretty much means they don't really have a return policy. And I could understand if the issue was that I just did not like the smell - but I don't expect to pay £40 for a perfume that disappears and cannot be smelled a FEW SECONDS after applying it. There must be something wrong with the bottle sent to me, but they weren't interested.

I ordered the 2ml samples (6 bottles) and also a mystery one. This was delivered in 3 days which was super quick. All of the samples are amazing and you only need a tiny drop it lasts all day and you can layer different ones together creating very different scents. 5 star all the way

Very genuine company. Have purchased their beautiful roll on scents three times now. These have been my favourite perfumes for a few years now.

The 2ml roll on multipack is the best introduction to their produce

I first came across Oud perfume in AbuDhabi and ever since got addicted to the fragrance! I purchased the discovery collection of 6 small bottles a few months back in the UK and all of them are just incredible! Now I take them to my office and apply them to my face after every face wash! The oil base is quickly absorbed by the skin, making it moist and soft. You can also apply it in your hair for a more prolonged effect. Prices are optimal and I hope they give me a discount 😉. I have purchased Dark Oud on 50ml size this time, previously bought the discovery set and Dark Oud with Royal Oud were 2 of my favourite of that line so I thought that my first Reserve oil was gonna be Dark Oud.

The parcel arrived through Royal Mail in mint condition, but what did surprise me was the extra care given to the packaging, wraps, material used, including a nice Oud Attar logo card..! In my opinion the parcel could easily get sent to someone for their birthday present just by how the parcel present itself once opened 👌

The scent smell beautiful exactly how I remembered from my last purchase done a while ago, long lasting oil, Oud Attar it's your best call no doubts about it..!!
