Smelt sweet oud on a friend, asked her what it was and she said it lasts so well on her skin and that she loves it.
I bought the discovery set, love them all but sweet oud is definitely my favourite.
I have never had so many compliments when wearing a perfume and it lasts all day .

I am pretty sure that this site is full of fake reviews.
Basically, every single customer feedback rating of each Perfumes is a 5 out of 5.

Furthermore, their Black Friday Sale is still goin on as of January 11th. Like bro, no Christmas sale, just 6 weeks of Black Friday?

The compliments I have received from so many people ( especially women) have been incredible . Recently while in Egypt I received so many comments about how do you smell so good ? And what on earth is that perfume you are wearing ? It’s so nice to receive so many compliments especially in far away places , absolutely wonderful perfumes

I recently purchased the Mystery Surprise Box from Oud Attar, curious about the “surprise” items promised. The site’s description reads:

“Who doesn’t love a good surprise?
• You’ll get a product worth more than £5
• It could be an item that we don’t sell to the public”

However, my experience shows that the reality does not match these claims. Every Mystery Surprise Box I received contained only a 2ml oil-based perfume, with no lotion or larger sprays (at least 10ml), which one might reasonably expect.

For context, a 10ml spray perfume is priced at £14.36 on the website. Yet, the Mystery Surprise Box contains only a 2ml oil perfume and is sold for £5. Claiming that the product inside is worth more than £5 is therefore misleading. Additionally, every 2ml perfume included in the boxes is always available on the site, so the promise of a “unique” or “limited” product is inaccurate.

I also noticed a suspicious pattern in the reviews. Many positive reviews are written under the Mystery Surprise Box product page, praising a 2ml perfume worth £5. The enthusiasm seems disproportionate to the actual product received, which raises questions about the authenticity of the feedback.

Lastly, Oud Attar’s claims of meaningful discounts do not hold up under scrutiny. Using web.archive.org, I found that prices remain essentially the same over months and years. While the site may present temporary promotions, the base prices do not appear to change.

In conclusion, the Mystery Surprise Box does not deliver on the promises made in the product description. It is misleading in terms of value, uniqueness, and surprise. Buyers should be aware that, despite the marketing, the box typically contains only a small 2ml oil perfume that is widely available and does not reflect a real £5+ value or any exclusive items.

Placed an order over a week ago sent a couple of emails and had no communication back as of yet. Tracking not updated and no products either. Would like a refund asap

I wanted to give feedback to Oud Attar about their products and received a very prompt and helpful reply. There were no problems or issues I just wanted to comment. And no annoying bots. Actual people at the other end. I adore their scents and wanted to ask about a couple of them.

Very helpful customer service

I ordered the sample set from this company previously so I did have high expectations for their Rose and Oud candle. Unfortunately the candle itself was a bit of a disappointment.

It arrived well packed, in an elegant glass candle jar. I did the initial burn for around 90 mins to ensure that the candle would burn evenly but it showed signs of tunneling immediately.

This was not the worst aspect, the candle itself had no fragrance whatsoever. I then proceeded to burn the candle at different intervals to see if the fragrance would get any stronger but unfortunately with now having burnt approximately half the candle there is no discernible change in the fragrance strength. It might look nice as a table piece but this most definitely is not a scented candle. I’ve bought candles from Aldi and ASDA that perform much better for a fraction of the price I paid for this.

I did contact their customer service to report my experience but other than asking if I had followed instructions for a first burn they have not responded to my last message

I would have to say that these scents are the best discovery I’ve made. It’s a bit of a cliche to say it does exactly what it says on the bottle, but this product is what that saying was made for. It goes on and smells good, then it smells great and then! You may not go home alone. I have had so many compliments and comments about spices oud that I never go out without it on and sometimes I layer it with one of the others such as sweet or vanilla oud. Give it a try you definitely won’t regret it. Good luck

I placed an order on the 13th November and have not yet even received a dispatch email and still not order update.
When I first contacted the team they assured me my item would be shipped Monday just gone, and yet it still hasn’t. I’ve tried contacting the customer service team multiple times for an update and have been ignored. I’m going to be requesting a chargeback to get my money back as they clearly do not care about their customers.

Brought lotion diffuser and mystery piece well lotion came damaged and leaked pump does not work but they are sending a new pump out hopefully diffuser I can not smell one bit and mystery item was roll on after shave thing not worth the money only thing I like from it all is the lotion save your money just buy the lotion.

I was hoping to buy something from the site until I had to go through a barrage of false claims about sale prices and XX% off and give me your email and we will give you a discount and popups. This site could be great if they weren't screaming at you every time you came onto it and the flashing we miss you come back nonsense.

I'd be embarrassed to recommend this website to any of my peers and friends.

I've been ordering from Oud Attar for a while, their fragrances are so unique and lasts all day..
So far the Midnight fragrance is my favourite and it has given me compliments 😉

The fragrances are beautiful, and their claims about how long they last are accurate - my skin doesn't retain scent very well, and applied more than average, 3-4 times a week, a 2mm lasts a month. You should absolutely give one if those a go, and I'd be surprised if you didn't buy more. Quality. I've over designer names now.

I started with the discovery set which I've purchased 3 times, purely to recognise which scent mixes best with the other (clearly personal preference) THEN I discovered Vanilla, OMG! I love it, it's, creamy, clean, smooth and easy on the nose. I always get at least one comment a day. I alternate but always a use vanilla, and another such as royal, sweet and rose. I wore an expensive and 'famous' perfume recently that I've left alone since oud attar and it gave me a headache and my skin felt irritated. Well done! Saving for an elixir to add to the collection. By the way, the smallest amount 💯 lasts for days on clothes! 👌❤️

I have been purchasing perfume from this company for a number of years and always had excellent customer service and quick delivery. Their fragrances are unique and beautiful. I have people commenting on my perfume all of the time - my favourite is rose Oud. The best thing about this perfume though is that it is the only fragrance I have tried in my life that doesn’t trigger my migraines! If you are a fellow sufferer you will know the awful sickness and pain that most perfumes can trigger. I have tried numerous extremely expensive designer fragrances only to be disappointed when they bring on nausea and head pain. For context I’m nearly 50 so that is a lot of different perfumes. However, rose Oud is in a different league and I can wear it all day no problems whatsoever. It is the most unique, gorgeous scent I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I just love Oud Attar perfumes. I always order the new sample collections. The scents are amazing and last all day. I get lots of compliments. Oud orders arrive promptly. Within a few days.
My absolute all time fragrance is Spiced Oud. I love it’s heady scent. It’s my signature fragrance. I love that you can mix them together and there’s such a range of scents from masculine and woody, spicy through to floral. It’s great for personalising your fragrance to match your mood. There’s something for everyone. An amazing product. I would highly recommend.

I already had the Discovery Collection and the scents are lovely. But I recently ordered their Vanilla Oud Elixir and the smell is out of this world. I have definitely found my favourite scent. It's also unisex so anyone can wear it.
If you're unsure which Oud to get, trust me, Vanilla is gorgeous and very long lasting.
Their customer service is excellent and I will only ever buy from them from now on.
