A real gem...

Look no further for 1st class excellent customer service then from Ottica Savo. Stefano is extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and exudes honesty that I had total faith and confidence in him that I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of eyewear frames from him. He kept his promise of sending me pictures of the frames before sending out to me. Just wow! Rarely that one remembers and keeps their word. He is a true gem. Will definitely look for him again when I am itching for more eyewear frames! Grazie Stefano!

Everything was perfect. Great service - very fast shipping. Grazi mille!

Grazie

It is a lovely place with excellent customer service. Beautiful glasses and perfect specialist on site! It was a wonderful experience ! Thank you!

Stefano from Ottica Savo has been great. Communication has been amazing since the first encounter over the chat function on their website. Customer service has been equally way above par. As an example, Stefano updated his website with eyewear I was personally interested in so as to make purchasing from their online store that much easier for me. I am impressed by this purchase from start to finish. Shipping was fast and reliable from overseas to the States. Thank you Ottica Savo and Stefano. I hope many others find your website.
