Had a bad time with these people. Car is a useless ornament, which I can’t drive. All I do is watch it drip fluids on my drive.
If you buy from these people and the car is bad, which it will be, expect to be ignored. Don’t expect “exceptional customer service”.
Avoid at all costs, go to a reputable dealer for the sake of your sanity.

Josh is great guy, took us for a test drive and described some of the features of the car in detail, great asset to otley road, chuffed with the purchase.

Seemed like nice guys but turns out they were dishonest! The car I bought had 12 months M.O.T. - They gave me all the paperwork APART FROM the M.O.T. Turns out they were just waiting for someone who didn't know you could look up full details of the test. There was a list of advisories as long as your arm and there's no way I'd have bought it if I'd have known. They've come home to roost this year and my mechanic said he doesn't think it should have got through the year before. It's cost me a fortune to get it through this years M.O.T. and I still have plenty advisories for next year. Feel they were totally DISHONEST.
Plus, the car I part exchanged to them - I had to fight 3 speeding tickets, a parking ticket and a fine for the Dartford tunnel as they'd not changed it into their name / address!

Had a very hard time dealing with these people. Bought a car online and it arrived with several issues. Some serious. Namely large quantity of coolant loss (3 expansion bottles worth) strong smell of antifreeze too, tracking woefully out ( steering wheel at an angle when driving), 6th gear difficult to impossible to select, windscreen wipers ineffective etc etc.
They have avoided my communication which I’d some 30 phone calls and 8 voicemails mails plus emails, texts and WhatsApp messages but ring them off another phone and it was answered!
Starting a formal process which I’m sure their “enviable” customer relations will ignore and we know and am prepared to go to court. Currently have a 3k car sitting on my drive that’s useless.
Extremely unhappy and let down by these uncaring, unprofessional buffoons.

Bought a car on the 8th january 2026 multiple problems the passenger rear window doesnt work, the door also doesnt lock, i have an oil leak, a chip in the windscreen which i have proof it was there the day i bought it, it was pitch black so couldnt see it until i checked a photo i took outside the dealership 2 minutes before i purchased the veichle also the radio freezes too and he refused a refund i have now sent a letter and text to them and i will be taking this further whether or not its through the courts or the motor obudsman. I had been up since (adam ) was very rude and since then has not responed to any texts, calls or letters. Im just waiting for 31days to hit and ill be proceeding with citizens advice etc. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

I PURCHASED A CAR IN JULY 2025... WITHIN 12 WEEKS THE CAR BROKE DOWN, WOULDN'T GO INTO GEAR OR START.

I CONTACTED ADAM AT THE DEALERSHIP WHO SAID I NEED TO CLAIM ON MY 3RD PARTY WARRANTY TO REPAIR OR PAY THEM TO DO THE WORK.

I HAD MY CAR INSPECTED BY THE WARRANTY TEAMS MECHANIC AND BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BOTH CAME TO THE SAME CONCLUSION THAT THE CAR HAS FAILED DUE TO POOR PREVIOUS REPAIR.

THE DEALERSHIP HAS SINCE STOPPED ALL CONTACT WITH ME AND WONT ANSWER THE PHONE.

THIS IS CURRENTLY WITH THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN AND I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE TOP TO RETURN THE CAR.

I WAS STILL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME FOR MY CONSUMER RIGHTS BUT THEY REFUSE TO TALK TO ME

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS, ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!

Travelled 3 hours for a Vauxhall grand land when I got there the car was dirty and he told me he didn’t have chance to clean it which I didn’t mind to later clean it my self was full of scratches 1 month later car keeps cutting out now needs a new wet belt and the man from the garage is ignoring my calls and texts would NOT recommend to buy from this dealership. He let me drive home pregnant knowing the wet belt was going very dangerous .

Bought a bmw for £7000 from here and just within 2 months of buying it started making rattling and grinding noise got it checked from a bmw speacialist, but after few days engine seized. Same happened two times. Nd the person dealt is saying he couldn’t do anything. Sold the car for £1000. Can’t imagine these type of person’s mentality. Anyway, may god bless him and he get back everything soon what he delivers. Suggest everone to be aware of this kind of bloody fraud.
