Incompetent, Get fundamental things wrong
They put me and my wife's name, nationality, and passport number all wrong when booking the flight on Spring Airline (likely mixed up with their other customers details), causing significant delays when checking in.

I contacted Orient vacations for help…
I contacted Orient vacations for help booking my holiday. I had the best experience, I spoke with a support person called Ernesto and he couldn't have been more helpful.... I was on a budget and he talked me through all different dates, baggage allowance, seats and costs. Nothing seemed to much trouble and I was really happy with the whole process and his extreme patience... Now all I have to do is look forward to my holiday!
