Open Space Concepts Anmeldelser

Communication with the Company re questions and placing the order was excellent and staff very polite and helpful. Fitting actually happened a day early the fitters were polite, friendly, helpful and very efficient.
Very pleased with the product and service. Certainly recommend them.

We are absolutely delighted with our Ambient glass room fitted by Open Space Concepts,The installation team were efficient and worked non stop and left everything clean and tidy.

OSC - Charlotte has been incredibly informative and reassuring from date of order until after final fitting/installation. Her friendly approach, contacts by email and telephone to update us and explanation of progress with the order meant our experience was a 10/10!!
The installation team George and Stefan were professional, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and their timekeeping was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them explaining the installation from start to finish.
They are an absolute asset to OSC. We would not hesitate in recommending OSC to others , highly recommended the craftsmanship of their workforce.
Well done !!!

From start to finish OCS provided a first class service - from sales to surveyor and finally construction. The customer service was excellent at all stages of the process.
Their two man team who built the glass room was efficient, courteous and wholly professional. They worked solidly and tidily - checking along the way that I was happy with the process.
Finally, the glass room itself is of excellent quality - down to the beautifully engineered handles and locks. It has exceeded our expectations.
To anyone who is considering this lovely addition to their home I wholeheartedly recommend OCS.

We were more than pleased with both the end result and the installation process for our glass veranda. The finished article matches and finishes off our existing house perfectly, leaving us with patio protected from all weather We highly recommend Open Space Concepts.

We had a 75sqm glass room fitted in 2022; we now decided to add led strip lights and a small roof panel to take a wood burning stove flue as a retro-fit.

Whole company are courteous and professional, always managing expectations by being honest with the current lengthy lead times for materials. I look forward to dealing with OSC again in the future as the product and service is excellent. Keep up the good work!

Easy process to order. Given quote over the phone. Visited by company representative and order completed. Quote was accurate. Fitting went well.

Nice company to deal with. No hard sell, initial quote was accurate and good communication and fitting team. I would recommend

Ever since making an initial enquiry with Open Space Concepts I have been left very impressed. No pushy sales team pestering you, accurate quote via phone that only changed on survey due to some changes decided by us and recommended by Billy the surveyor. The installation team of Doru and Victor was second to none. Very professional, clean and fitted to an exceptional standard especially considering the logistical problems of being on a first floor terrace. We are delighted with our Vue Grande glass room. Thank you

Pod amazing , big thank you to all the team involved who worked incredibly hard, worth the wait , so excited to spend time in it all year around, recommend to anyone interested in having a pod with OSC many thanks all .

Good communication and excellent installation team.

Love our new Winsol pergola, certainly a luxurious product with nice bells and whistles. The OSC team did a great job throughout the process, including 2 site visits as requested. Delivered and commissioned as promised and no issues to date.

Great Service from OSC, friendly initial conversations, loads of advice and quotations were good, surveyor friendly and knowledgeable. Lead times, manufacturing process, explained.

Installation was completed by two friendly professional engineers. and follow up from OSC to ensure everything went well.

Very Happy Customer

Good installer but not experienced electricians

The whole process was very smooth starting from initial contact all the way through to installation. Communication was exceptionally good, quick response for every email that I’ve sent.
Price promise as well, although prices were increased before I ordered the product OSC kept the same price for me.
Quality of the product is great. Quality of workmanship of the installers is also fantastic. Dorel and Victor were friendly and worked really hard. The result is exceptional!
I’ve had this project priced up by competitors as well and OSC seemed to be the most professional and not pushy. That including Billy-the surveyor.

Professional service throughout the process

From our initial enquiry to the actual fitting of our Vue Pod, I couldn't praise OSC more highly.
Chris in sales was brilliant, he always made himself available to answer any questions, and provided photos and any information needed to help us decide what was best for us. The price he gave us was by far the best quote we got, (even with the 'discounts' some competitors offered....) and there was no pressure to go ahead before we were ready.
Billy the surveyor was really knowledgeable and took time to talk with our builder (who's refurbishing our house) to make sure everything was as we wanted it, and happy to take calls with questions after his visit. Charlotte in accounts was there to cheerfully assist on the payment side, and happy to make arrangements for fitting on a date that suited us (we were a bit behind with our preparations).
OSC have their own teams that bring the product and fit it. Our fitters turned up on time, despite the sub-zero conditions and snow at the time, as did a second team who brought down additional glazing. Dorro and Victor (our fitters) did an absolutely expert job of fitting our Vue Pod, despite the freezing conditions, and left the site spotlessly clean.
We are absolutely delighted with our Vue Pod, thanks to all the guys at OSC who were always contactable and couldn't have been more upbeat and helpful.

We are thoroughly delighted with our extra space in our garden glass room.. It’s a real winner, & the speed & accuracy of delivery & installation has blown us away.. Lovely stylish room, no fuss or mess, clean hardworking installers…We are very grateful & happy with the service from Liam & his Team at Open space Concepts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service from purchase through to the finished installation! The quality of the Vue pod is exceptional. A stunning addition to my property!

Doubt I can speak highly enough of OSC. From initial contact, through to completion of our Pod project, I dealt with competent, professional and empathetic OSC staff who delivered an excellent garden room to time and budget. I don’t know who is responsible for the service ethos, but they have got it spot on. I don’t say this lightly, but they can be trusted.
