Open Space Concepts Anmeldelser

After visiting the showroom and looking at their product range I contacted OSC for an estimate for an awning. I was satisfied with the product information and the estimated cost. There was no hard sell, later I arranged for a survey visit. There was an amendment to the costings as the survey revealed a need for a stronger mounting, thus was all clearly explained. After ordering and deposit paid, I was kept informed of manufacturing progress. An installation date was arranged, the fitters arrived when expected and made a very efficient install. The area was left clean and tidy. My awning has proved to be very effective and compliments my outdoor and indoor requirements. I thoroughly recommend OSC.

Second time we used the OSC team to add an outside space to our new bungalow. Specified and built by their team from high quality materials. Everything has worked perfectly and has really transformed our shade space in a hot southerly garden. They won’t mess about with pricing and will be honest about what is achievable. Great team.

Quality product and excellent customer communication. We knew when to expect each stage would be and expectations meet

Reliable customer response and backup, rapid delivery of parts should problems arise, general attitude positive, even years after installation.

Dealing with this company was a pleasure and so easy. Right from the start, the communication was excellent, and the options were made clear.
After measuring up and getting some quotes, it was simple to proceed to a site visit.
Everything was confirmed in writing, and the order was placed.
It does take some time before it is made, but the company kept me regularly updated.
Once it was ready, installation took less than two days, and it looks brilliant.
I am extremely happy with the final product, and the whole process was very smooth and completely painless.
I would highly recommend this company to convert any outdoor space.

The service from Open Space Concepts has been exceptional from the initial contact right through to installation.
We visited the showroom to get a better understanding of what the product looked like and once seen on site the damage was done! We were hooked and committed to buying our pergola. The communication has been fantastic throughout and every person we have dealt with has been friendly yet professional. The surveyor who attended was so patient as we had concerns about loss of light and obstruction to our view . As it turned out our concerns were unfounded! The installation was completed within 2 days by a fabulous team. They answered any questions we had and took time to explain what they were doing whenever we asked anything. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in our project and I highly recommend the company.

High quality product. Competitive prices. Excellent communication. Efficient workforce. Very pleased with my glass veranda. Thank you

We couldn’t be happier with our Ambient Glass Room from Open Space Concepts Ltd. Our 3m x 2.75m structure is beautifully designed, with fixed aluminium-framed 10mm toughened glass walls and sleek sliding, lockable glass doors on the front elevation. The integrated LED lighting with rafter spotlights adds a lovely ambience, making it a space we can enjoy day or night.

The overall quality of the structure is outstanding — it feels solid, premium, and built to last. It has completely transformed how we use our garden, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the view even during inclement weather.

What we particularly love is how stylish the design is. Although modern, it blends perfectly with our old stone house, enhancing rather than contrasting with its character.

From start to finish, the experience has been seamless. The sales team were helpful and knowledgeable, the surveyor was thorough and professional, and the installation team were efficient and meticulous. Everything was handled with a high level of care and professionalism.

We would highly recommend Open Space Concepts Ltd to anyone considering a glass room — a fantastic product and an excellent service all round.

Seamless service. No hard sell. Good honest advice & survey.
Great product. Delivered & installed in time. Great & clearly very experienced fitters

It was really good, the guys were hard working, and very tidy, leaving the work area clean each day when they left. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone.

Great product, great service and very good quality.

Thank you so much to the whole team at OSC for such a fantastic experience. The service I received during the whole process was from start to finish was amazing, and the quality of their product is outstanding. The designers, fitters and the customer service staff were all so helpful, friendly and supportive throughout.

Had a great experience from start to finish. We're delighted with the end result. Exactly as they described, and even fitted it a couple of weeks earlier than expected. A very straight forward company to deal with

Fabulous pod. I love the app.
Ive got screens and glass doors. Its going to be fairly warm especially with heater. Definitely use all year round.

Looked for this glass room couldn’t find anything that we could look at in person.
Then found yourselves Open Space Concept who had a great showroom.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always kept us up to date until the time of fitting and also during the fitting time. Fitters were very professional and tidy in their workmanship throughout. Would highly recommended if you were interested in purchasing this product.

Bosomworth Glass are a family company who genuinely take pride in their work. They recently fitted windows for a very well known celebrity on his Buckinghamshire estate. Despite being based a long way from the project, the team travelled down and stayed on the estate for four days on two separate visits to complete the work on two older buildings.

Their professionalism was clear from the outset, and the finished windows were first class. The quality of their craftsmanship and the care they took with the property stood out. I would recommend Bosomworth Glass without hesitation.
