Contacted David Farrell regarding lifetime mortgage on behalf of my dad who was looking to gift myself and my partner a deposit for our first house and help us get on the property ladder. He explained the whole process and even when we hit a few hurdles regarding previously overlooked things in my late mother’s estate he was very patient and very accommodating. Always keeping my dad updated and well informed now it is nearing completion I cannot speak highly enough of him. On a personal level he is so approachable and personable. Would not hesitate to use him again for anything house related in the future. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Ive been in discussion with Donna Ambler on all the insurance protections required for my home purchase and she has been just brilliant!
She is very forthcoming with her advise and explains the different levels of protection to me in basic terms to ensure I really understood how I would, and perhaps wouldn't, be covered. She has given ample amounts of her time to me and really made an effort to give me a personalised service.
