From the beginning, they helped demystify so many of the fears I had about getting a mortgage, especially with an adverse credit history. I honestly did not think home ownership was going to be possible for me, so to now be at this stage feels like a huge gift and something I will never forget.

OMA are definitely a lifeline for a lot of people. I would strongly recommend anyone with an adverse credit file or complicated credit history to get in touch with them and see if they can help. They understand that not everyone’s situation is straightforward, and they approach things with knowledge, patience and care.

What stood out to me most was that they were always focused on the work first. I never felt pressured about money or pushed to leave a review, which is something I really appreciated. Their priority was clearly getting the job done properly and helping me move forward.

Luke was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, Chloe kept things moving and helped with updates, and Donna was also really helpful and reassuring. As a team, they work spectacularly well together.

Because of their support, I now have the opportunity to build real stability in my life. I am honestly so grateful that OMA were an option for me, and I would highly recommend them.

The whole process went very smoothly. After an initial phone consultation we supplied details and the decision in principle came very quickly. We supplied all the paperwork and the main offer came in about a week. Super easy to deal with and a great result.
