I cannot fault the customer service: there was a problem with one part of my order and the customer services agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and dealt with the matter so speedily, that I received a replacement the next day. I would certainly buy from them again.

I ordered two Edit Monica LED Ceiling Pendant Lights on the 10th November because the OnlineLighting.co.uk website clearly stated that the items were in stock with delivery expected within two days. I received an email confirming this, so I had no reason to doubt the order.

Four days later, after the goods failed to arrive, I logged into my account and was horrified to find the status changed to “stock pending” with no explanation and no indication of when the items might be delivered. The listing now shows an estimated delivery time of two to four weeks. This is completely unacceptable and blatantly misleading. I would never have placed the order if I had known the lights were not actually in stock.

I attempted to contact the company twice by telephone, only to reach a message stating that no one was available to take my call. I then sent a message through their website, but all I received was an automated response advising that I would be contacted in two days. I still have no update.

You took my money under false pretences and I have no lights. Where are my lights? This service is disgraceful.

This app is convenient anf offers a wide range of products to choose from. It's easy to use, but I think the loading time and search filters could still be improved for faster browsing. Despite that, my overall experience was positive and the order process was straightforward, and I received timely updates about my purchase. With few updates, this app could easily be one of the best in its category.

Amazing! Ordered my picture frame lights at 7:55pm and they were delivered the next day at 12pm. The lights are beautiful. Highly recommend

It is not often customer service is a WOW. We ordered our new porch lantern in the evening and had it delivered (a surprise) the very next morning. It has made me want to use Online Lighting again... the way every online purchase should go.

Lights ordered on a Sunday evening and delivered to NI by early afternoon on Thursday. Well packaged, inner and outer boxes in pristine condition.
Lights are fantastic. Really good quality, really bright consistent light - not the row of little dots like in some of the cheaper priced versions on social media.
Highly recommend, cannot wait to get them up in our newly decorated hallway.

I bought 2 security lights from this company, 1 has a camera the other just a PIR security light , the pir one started flickering so I contacted the company and they said they would send me a replacement light, well that was over 3 weeks ago ,I have emailed the several times, but no answer back. Looks like I better go to B&Q and buy another light

I’ve ordered a lamp battery powered for a painting and they said it’s comes in in 3-4 days, i’ve waited two weeks I’ve called them and they forgot about my order , and in the end, I’ve got it after two days in future, I know I’m not gonna order from them anymore 👍
