Poor. Ordered on Tuesday, it's Saturday and haven't even had a dispatch email. Paid £6 for next day delivery. It's now bank holiday and phone lines are closed until Tuesday

I use Online for Equine a lot - their prices are good and their dispatch is always so efficient and speedy. I definitely recommend them.

Having bought I waited for over a week plus for delivery!! Then returned the goods and refund was by E cheque which is taking weeks to be processed!! Clearly just a platform for other retailers sell their goods and despite a good concept it's a very very poor execution. Certainly will not bother again!!

After purchasing a pair of Wellington boots, which after a period of time became faulty, the after sales experience cannot be faulted, we had a very prompt reply on our query which was resolved to our satisfaction.

I'm so pleased with the service I have received on ordering the Champion Pro-Ultimate Helmet. It came the next day and I was given an hour time slot so I knew to look out for it. I'm really happy with the quality of the hat, I feel it is very good value. It unexpectedly came in it's own cloth bag along with a carry case. I will not hesitate in buying from Online for Equine again.

DPD delivery is hopeless.
I paid extra for DPD next day delivery. Parcel should have been delivered on 21st December but driver decided not to bother despite instructions to leave in a safe place. Now wont be delivered until 23rd December, too late to get it to the person I bought it for in time for Christmas. Guaranteed next day delivery is a sham - don’t waste your money.

I have already sent two emails to Francesca, who I assume works in customer services as she originally gave me the delivery information, but I have heard nothing back.

The DPD tracking number is
15501739356670 and it still hasn’t been delivered as of 1.20pm 23rd December!

I have been waiting over 12 days for my next day delivery had to chase this up feedback was poor l wouldn't order again because of the time delays and they didn't even let me know until I chased I hope my order arrives soon and there is no issue with it.

I preordered some very popular items for Christmas and became very worried on the time delay from the original supplier and the items arriving on time. The customer service I received was fantastic, with quick reply’s to my emails and reassurance all items will be sent with express delivery. I order a lot of things from online for equine and I will continue to do so whilst also recommending them to others. Thank you for your help and sending all the orders when they became available.

Don't be fooled by "In stock at External Warehouse or Warehoused item" this means the supplier is showing it in stock and they will order it in.

Please do not be patronising and apologise if "I" missed something.
Let us be totally clear your "Express Warehouse" is the items you actually hold and any other "External Warehouses" do NOT belong to you but the suppliers you order from and you rely on their stock system for availability.
Let me apologise if that is the brutal truth, without all the sugar coating.
The order was LATE I phoned CS and was told you were waiting on one of two items and that it was due in the next day and the order would be upgraded to 24hr delivery. A week later I phoned again and was told that item you were waiting for was now in stock but now apparently you were now waiting for the 1st item to arrive.
Either your people do not know what they are doing or do not know a horses head from its rump!!
