Two years ago Iwrote a very good review on AVIVA after a renewal quote was cheaper than the first premium.
Now I castigate them.i went online and t a customer service person to obtain new insurance for a new car being delivered a week hence to replace my existing insurance.
In both cases they refused to give a cover.. perfectly good and new range rover Evoque to replace an older one.WHY - they refused to say.WHy?
I was disgusted and outraged. Do not go near this impervious and imperial insurer.I certainly will not.

Aviva is one of the worst services, i recommend anybody nobody to go and do insurance with aviva, very very unhelpful the lady who talk with me just cause of her rudness i cancelled my insurance she think they are the only one insurance company exist , the lady was so so rude doesnt know how to talk how to do customer service, just to change me address it was not a big deal for me to change the address but the attitude she gave on phone one of the worst worst worst worst service i experienced from aviva i would not say aviva company , its a lady who working for aviva company , u just loose one loyal customer today , just want tell aviva company train ur staff how to talk how to do service talking nicely helping customers but its not ,aviva will loose customers like this if your staff keep doing like this to other customers also im sure aviva will loose more more customers on coming days u loose one customer today there many more to come,incidents today 27-05-26 around on phone 12:30 dont know the lady name i wish i got her name , she causes me to cancelled my insurance just to change my address and ended up cancelling my insurance cause of the lady attitude and worst customer service, i wouldnt give even a 1star theres no option for 0star, aviva train ur staff

Terrible service non-existent customer care service

After no luck attempting to contact Aviva Zero I tried to contact Aviva. Everything was automatized with no option to speak to a person. Al got was "I don't understand that answer" which kept repeating. God help anyone making a claim

Beware, quotes change. Got quote via MoneySuperMarket. Set filter for Comprehensive but when I then toggled to Aviva website there was a £12 charge to upgrade from Third Party F&T to Comprehensive. I called Aviva but they will not discuss quotes from price comparison websites. Emailed MSM but they say all their information comes from providers. So there's no-one to talk to about an error. To compound the problem, despite saving quote, when I looked again next day the quote had increased by an extra £69 (+24%). Again, I can't talk to them. What a poor show from one of the flagship insurance providers - their saved quotes vary (and increase enormously) and they won't support business when sourced from price comparison websites (MSM, GoCompare, CompareTheMarket). Needless to say I bought elsewhere as the prices became ridiculous and I don't like such attitude.
