Never refunded then ghosted
I returned two bathing suits because: (a) it took way too long to arrive, around 4 weeks, and (b) the suits were not flattering / not worth the money. So I returned them within the return policy and they NEVER REFUNDED ME. I followed up with them for over 5 months and they assured me they were working on the refund and then they just ghosted me after 5 months. Trust me the suits are not worth the hassle ladeis!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! If you return an item, they will not send you a refund. It’s been months and I’m still waiting on mine, they now stopped responding to emails. Not worth the headache.
Terrible customer service
I contacted the company 1 week after receiving our products to return them because they did not fit. The company responded asking why I was returning and I responded. I never got a response. I contacted again asking to return and was told the return system was down. This went on for 2 months. I never got refund or return information. Terrible customer service.
Cannot get refund
I finally received the mailing label to return the swimsuit. Now I show on my tracking it was received 5/30/26. I have sent 2 emails and still have not received a refund. Do not buy from this company!

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a swimsuit to my address and it’s confirmed on an email and they sent it to a completely different city. Emailed support about it, they responded that it was sent to the wrong place. Now they are no longer responding to my emails and never refunded me and I never received my $100 swimsuit. Scam
They are a scam
I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from One One Swim. I placed a $265 order and have been trying to process a return/exchange for sizing issues, but customer service has been extremely frustrating to deal with.
Despite advertising returns, they have repeatedly failed to provide a return label or issue a refund. Instead, I keep getting delayed responses and excuses with no actual resolution. After researching further, I found numerous similar complaints from other customers reporting the same issue and so many BBB complaints.
The swimsuits may photograph well online, but a company’s real integrity shows in how they handle problems after the sale. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing and stressful. I would not order from them again.
Terrible customer service
I have been following up with their support email about an issue with their returns system. I still do not have an answer about how to get my return label because their system is “down.” They have not responded to my last three email follow ups. I wanted to order a new size because the size I ordered was too small compared to normal measurements. One one swimwear had possibly the worst customer service I have ever worked with. I’m hoping writing a Karen review will help them to complete my return. Thanks girls!

Placed an Order in March 2025, returned item ms writhing the return window and was never given a refund. Instead they strung me along for months claiming delays that would be resolved till it was too late to get a credit card refund. Scammers
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, keep giving me the run around. I only want to exchange the size of my unworn swimsuit and they keep trying to say there is something wrong with management so that they waste my time until I’m past my exchange window. I would suggest not buying anything from them. Now I’m stuck with a suit that doesn’t fit. Very disappointed. And took a month to get to me.

Omg just don’t. I ordered a few bikinis on March 14 and it took more than 3 weeks to ship even though their website says shipping in the US is under 2 weeks. Also it shipped from Colombia so I didn’t receive my order until about a month after I ordered it. The customer service phone number listed on their website goes straight to voicemail most of the time. Other times, it rings and rings until it goes to voicemail and their voicemail box is full.
I measured myself before ordering to ensure sizing. I ordered everything in a size medium but the sizing of the items I received was so inconsistent. Two of the top were TINY. The other top was too big. So I emailed them to start the refund process.
I had to send at least 3 emails to get any response. I was very specific about wanting to return my items for a full refund, but the person who finally responded weeks later said they were forwarding my email to someone else to start the EXCHANGE process. I never said I wanted to exchange anything.
I had to email them 3 more times and I got another response saying they were having issues with creating shipping labels for returns and would have a label to me by the end of the week. It is now the end of the week and I still haven’t heard from them.
Over the course of the last 2 months I have sent countless emails and I still don’t have any instructions on how to get a refund. Please don’t waste your time. Customer service is nonexistent.

Wish I had found these reviews. The frustrations begin with the shipping, and continues through the product sizing, product quality, and return/customer service. From time of order to delivery was well over 3 weeks. The quality of the swim suits was FAIR, but does not constitute the price tag. The sizing is wholly inaccurate, as a 32-34 A Cup bust, there should be NO reason I cannot fit into a "Medium" swim top. Separately, the customer service to return request is limited only to email. And return requests are met with an ambiguous feedback survey and then "the system is down" I should have my return label within a week?!?!? I've already been out over $250 on this swimwear for almost two months, and I cannot use this product. Its a shame because the styles were cute in concept.
Updated: WEIRDLY PETTY!!! It's now been over two months since I've ordered, the company has still refused to generate a return label for me naming various excuses, my right to return is clearly stated in their policies. So I filed a dispute with my credit card and have continuously requested to send them back. The final note from OneOne was "In this case, it will no longer be necessary, since we will continue to lose money as a company due to the additional costs of the disputes." That is weirdly petty. I just wanted my money back and to be kind enough to return the merchandise. How strange and poorly run if one swim order is going to break them..

No communication, Never ship items
I made two orders to this company and after 22 days I still hadn’t received an email confirmation saying they had shipped either item. When I opened up the order page it was consistently listed as “Processing”. I emailed the companies customer service and 5 days later—-still no response. I then attempted to DM their business on instagram, still no response. I ALSO attempted to call them during business hours and I got message saying their voicemail box was full!! Super sketchy, I ended up calling my bank and disputing the charges because this is ridiculous. I highly recommend avoiding purchasing anything from this company, you don’t know whether or not you’ll ever get your items and they won’t respond to any attempts at contact, so it’s definitely a gamble. Very disappointed, but hoping to protect future buyers from wasting money and getting frustrated.
1+ month after placing order and it has not been shipped
I ordered from this company a few years ago. I liked the design and colors of the swimsuits and they are very comfortable. However, they eventually get discolored and the straps get wrinkles.
I decided to order a few new swimsuits from this company on 3/14/2026. It is currently 4/16/2026 (over a month since I ordered) and the company has still not shipped my order. I contacted them many times asking when my order will be shipped. They first said 5-10 business days and that the swimsuits are made to order. The company does not communicate that when you are ordering and I do not remember it being that way when I ordered years ago. 10 business days passed by and my order still hadn't been shipped. They then told me my order would be shipped the following week, but it was not. All my attempts to contact the company since then have been ignored. My credit card was charged on 3/14/2026 for this order even though the order has not been shipped and may never be sent to me. I don't know what is going on with this company but buyer beware.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My order was canceled since it took over 4 weeks and wasn’t even shipped. Been now waiting 4 weeks for a refund!!! Sent multiple emails and gotten no help!!! I have now contacted my bank. Sooooo frustrating
Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience with OneOne Swimmingwear.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a swimsuit that was on sale, but they sent me the wrong size. I tried multiple times to contact their customer service to resolve the issue, and they never responded or offered any real help. The only response I received was that the item was a “final sale” because it was purchased during a promotion.
Regardless of a sale, sending the wrong size is clearly the company's mistake, and it should have been addressed.
Although the quality of the swimsuits seems good, I would not recommend buying directly from them due to their extremely poor customer service. Additionally, the exact same designs can be found on other websites for much lower prices.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
