Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to be sure customers are satisfied.

Had a problem signing up to the course at a special offer. But One Commune sent a link honouring the offer a few days later.
Signed up all sorted.
Very surprised at the amount they have to offer, from beginners yoga explaining position and good posture. Through to advanced yoga.
Loving the luminescence sessions,and of course the podcasts.
Have the app downloaded on my phone.
All good. Money well spent.

I love the breadth and depth of the Commune Library and can always find something new to learn/experience. I especially enjoyed the Power Up course to enhance my strength training routine, as well as all the meditation options.

I signed up for the course and didn’t start receiving the emails. (I’ve taken courses before so not sure why?) contacted customer service and got that sorted. Excellent service from the team. I enjoyed the course immensely and would love to complete all chapters but it’s expensive when converting to CAD. (Exchange rates are terrible atm). Always great content provided in their course materials.

I love the courses especially the health topics. Every morning and evening while traveling to work I listen to a course or podcast. There is so much information to learn not only with health but I also like the growth courses. It teaches how all relationships are important and how to essentially find fulfillment and gratitude in our lives!! Keep the courses coming Commune!!

I really enjoy Jeff Krasno and the lineup of truly impressive instructors -- Zak Bush, Gabor Mate, etc. A great variety of courses and the Commune staff are great when you need assistance.

I purchased Jack Kornfield's meditation series, Mind Like Sky, which is beautiful and has been very helpful. I keep coming back to the 10 day series, I've lost count how many times I've used it. Commune Customer Service has helped me log back in when I've lost the password details a few times. Very helpful and friendly, it's good to know I'll never be locked out of access to the course.

I had a problem accessing my course and I received help right away which solved the problem. Now I am enjoying the course. They offer wonderful teachers which is why I have turned to Commune for courses.

Commune offers so many great resources and courses for healing, personal development, and health. I also really enjoy the Commune Podcast with Jeff Krasno. Their customer service team is phenomenal and I'm proud to be a Lifetime member.

Immediate response from the customer care team when I had problems accessing my account and I really appreciate their quick response.

I know it's very hard to trust online businesses nowadays, especially those using buzzwords such as "wellness" and "holistic". So here's my pitch: try out one of the free offerings and see how you fare. I've been with Commune since the beginning, attending their free courses, classes and events. If you can afford to pay, go for it. If you can't afford it, like me, don't get discouraged. This place genuinely cares about the world. How do I know it? They literally go out of their way to make almost their entire content free, even if only for a few days. At the end of the day, this is a business, a workplace, and they need to make a profit. But this doesn't stop them from working so hard to reach everyone. All you need is a device connected to the internet (which, I know, not everyone has). I hope you'll try it out for yourself :)

What I like about Commune is that the platform is super user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. As you go along in a course or workshop, you have text, video and a clear layout of the curriculum. Easy peasy. The content is varied so there is something for almost everyone. I took a free workshop in Qigong (AMAZING) which led to an invitation to 7 days for free course on metabolism which I also adored. From there, I bought, on sale, a Qigong bundle and use it often.

Amazing customer service. Truly when it matters most. I purchased a meditation course years ago b4 the collaboration when I was using Wanderlust.
I reached out to customer service about the fact I couldn't access it anymore with the platform change and transformation into Commune. They found my purchase and helped me get access. It happens to be the Holiday season and life can be an emotional battle zone. You never know what small gestures make a huge impact.

The content is varied, caters for everybody and in depth. Customer service is always quick and polite.

I cannot rate the teachings provided by Commune highly enough. The quality of teachers, teaching, recordings, variation - it's just inspiring and there is something for whatever I am needing in that day, whether it be a strong yoga flow, a delicious unwinding release, guidance in my meditation or breathwork practice, or some inspiring conversation.

Utterly fabulous which is why I have become a lifetime member, an absolute no brainer to make that choice.

Customer service is excellent too.

Impressed with the teacher line up. Great courses and options for those wanting exposure to many forms of mind and body fitness and social/life changes.

My Commune membership has been one of the most meaningful investments I’ve made in all aspects of my health and wellbeing. Commune has been my very own holistic health and wellbeing sanctuary that meets me where I am and guides me to who I want am becoming.

Commune helps me feel inspired and empowered in my health and wellness journey. The breadth and depth of courses help me to transform in so aspects of life and health. Commune has become a cornerstone of my healing journey and an essential part of life. I look forward to doing my courses and especially love Schuyler's yoga classes and Jeff's Good Stress course and his meditation courses as well. I also enjoy listening to the podcasts.

The variety of options on maintaining your wellbeing help to provide motivation for finding time to relax, re-centre and move. The different perspectives on health help to make the options approachable. As a single source of health and wellbeing information and activities - Commune is a great collective. Email support from Jayssa has been fab too.

I signed up for the annual membership 1 year ago, apparently with a discount for continued membership. My card was charged 5 days ago with no prior notification for renewal, and there has been no communication from the company other than "Due to the volume of emails..." we cannot respond...
It is a commonly accepted good business practice to notify people of upcoming renewals - the lack of communication is commonly used by shady internet companies that are more interested in revenue than people. I can't recommend this organization.
