I took an extended warranty plan for my Mobile from One Assist. I experienced my mobile started heating and 24th April 2025 and on 25th April 2025 my mobile started restarting again and again and i decided to book a service on their Mobile App but surprisingly One assist didn't activated Extened Warranty segment for my mobile and i could not book the complain.
I tried to reach out to the customer care numbers provided on Google i.e., 18001233330, which does not prompt to any customer care executive automatically, the call ends with thank you, and another number, 18080333333, and this number is always switched off. This is how One Assist is making fool to the customers.

I wrote to oneassist on email, but for 5-6 days, there was no reply and no response from anyone. After writing on a social platform, I got a call from one assist, ensuring to get registered my complaint within 24-48 hours, but since then I have not been able to book my complaint. since the 25th to till writing my extended warranty segment is not activated, and no response from One Assist for my mobile repair.
i am feeling cheated by One Assist, and One Assist is a scammer company.
not recommend buying any plan from OneAssist; there are better options.

I bought realme buds wireless headset with 2 years extended warranty Claim rejected even without checking headset, No refund issued.
At the time of buying All will be rosey rosey such as free pickup drop but when it comes to settling the claim they won't even talk to you properly.

I purchased a phone protection service from OneAssist Consumer Solutions and paid a significant amount for it. However, when my phone screen broke and I attempted to file a claim, they rejected it with flimsy excuses. Despite having already paid a substantial sum for my insurance, they have now backed out, stating that they do not cover accidental falls. This has been incredibly frustrating, as I expected them to honor the service I paid for.

I had a worst experience with them. the reviews they show off are really fake. just look at the user profile given them good reviews, its all fake. do go near them

Waste of Money – Avoid OneAssist at All Costs

Extremely disappointed with OneAssist. I tried to claim insurance for my earphones (worth ₹10,000) due to battery degradation and weak connectivity issues. They flat-out refused, saying I didn’t submit the request within 48 hours—as if anyone can detect these kinds of gradual issues immediately. Total nonsense. Clearly just a loophole to avoid covering legitimate claims.

And good luck trying to talk to a real person. Their customer support is a joke. The helpline is just an endless loop of automated messages with no way to speak to a human. Completely useless when you actually need help.

This service feels like a trap—lots of fine print and no real support when you need it. Would not recommend to anyone.

I regret my decision to choose ONE ASSIST. Over the past two months, I’ve lost sleep due to the constant stress and frustration caused by their poor customer service.

Customer Service: The support has been unresponsive and unclear, leaving me feeling ignored and unheard. Every time I reached out, I was left with more questions than answers.

Claims Process: The process has been slow and frustrating, causing unnecessary delays and anxiety.

Value for Money: The service did not meet the expectations set when I signed up, and I feel like I’ve wasted both my time and money.

I’m extremely disappointed and hope the company can improve their processes to avoid putting other customers through the same stress.
Worthless insurance company I'm not recommend for any one.

I have two year extended warranty of OneAssist for MI MOP P has having some issue with the device and contacted OneAssiste, I tried to lodge complaint from app and mobile it did not work, I called the call center and provided Invoice Number they said they do not maintain records through INVOICE NUMBER, ORDER ID OR DATE OF PURCHASE and denied to provide any service. My extended warranty is still active.

After lots of efforts my claim was addressed by the escalation team thank u.

I purchased the Nothing Ear 2 and opted for an extended one-year warranty with One Assist (valid until January 31, 2026). Unfortunately, my device couldn't be repaired, and I was offered a reimbursement after deducting 40% depreciation and an additional Rs. 500 salvage charge.

What's appalling is that the customer support assured me that if the salvage amount was deducted, the company would return my device. Despite multiple follow-ups, I haven't received my device yet. The service has been unprofessional, and the chat support has been unhelpful.

The chat team seems more interested in entertaining conversations rather than resolving customer issues. I strongly advise against purchasing this warranty from One Assist. My membership ID is 1024425842.

Great customer service. They call and make sure that the resolution is resolved. Extremely fast and responsive.

They are doing fraud. I buy an insurance for my iPhone 14 Pro at Rs. 11999 and next year I renew my insurance by paying again Rs. 11999. Now my phone screen and back panel is damaged. So I submitted a claim, before submitting a claim I nearby 2-3 nearby Apple service centre and they said your phone will be replaced at Rs. 75000. But one Assist saying my phone repair cost is Rs. 115999 and BER is applied as repair cost is more than 80% of device cost and they paying 40000 instead of repair my phone and not giving me my device back also. This is a totally scam. Service centre Replacement fee is 75000 and one assist saying my repair cost is 115999.
I paid 24000 to one assist to insure my phone and 7999 execs fee and now they are paying me 40000 and I lost my device.
Please avoid this company and save your money.

Totally cheat and fraud company. I got my Macbook covered with them. They kept on giving false excuses to reject the claim. Finally, returned my device unrepaired and I was shocked to see that two new problems also appeared in the device which were not there initially. Now, apple store is demanding such a high amount to fix these issues. It was a big mistake to get my Macbook covered with them just to save few rupees. Never get any cover from them. They are fraud, cheat and very unprofessional.

Very bad service. My TV is not working, and I completed one assistance request under warranty, but there has been no response for 19 days. The assistance person keeps saying that the spare part is not available. This is very bad service. I have been waiting for 10 more days, and now I am going to complain to the consumer court.

I submitted my Nothing Phone 2 for repair on August 19th, 2024. However, I've received multiple excuses about quality control issues and parts shortages. I'm disappointed with the lack of progress and the company's seeming indifference to my situation."

I purchased a service policy [1023289103] for Water Purifier from OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd with the expectation that they would deliver on their promises. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but unsatisfactory, I would rather I can’t even rate them.
Despite adhering to all the necessary steps on my end, the services I received were far below what was promised. I have bought an RO AMC with one time filters replacement, at first step the ASM Tushar has rejected my request without any discussion or information. I had to work with multiple customer care associates to create a new request [30061836]. Now it’s almost 20 days, despite of reaching out at all levels, no resolution had been provided yet. It’s extremely disappointing to see a company not uphold its commitments, especially when customers rely on them for essential services.
I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, but the response was slow and unhelpful. After multiple attempts to get the situation resolved, I’m still left without the services I was promised.
For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, this experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and ensure they fully understand what they’re signing up for before purchasing any policies from ONEASSIST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD.
I hope ONEASSIST SOLUTIONS PVT LTD takes this feedback seriously and improves their service delivery and customer support. Until then, I cannot recommend them for any of the services.
