Great service, speedy delivery. I was very happy with the items and the service received. I'd order an incorrect item and the replacement was very quickly sent out.

I ordered the film screen protector and it had 2 protectors in it which was good. The first one, I thought I had on correctly. Turns out it was still stuck to the film (#2) and I didn't realize it wasn't on my phone until after I put the film down and it stuck to the packaging. So I tried the second one. Got it on correctly and went to pull the film off and started to come off fine but then left a whole bunch of bubbles on the bottom half which I was unable to smooth out. I will order again and try one more time. My rating might go up or down depending on how the next attempt goes.

I ordered a screen protector on 22 December--order #2-1-56-00036477--and it's still not here. So in my view, you really don't rate any stars at all.

Timely delivery of goods ordered. Can’t fault it!

Olixar Extra Long Charger Cable. I bought this 3m cable on amazon to charge my phone & tablet. Knowing Olixar as a quality product & I wasn't disappointed. Highly recommended for charging while surfing the Internet.

I just received my case for my new Sony Xperia 5 II and I'm blown away of the quality of it. The international delivery was fast (11 days, including 2 weekends) and the cost was very reasonable 19€ including shipping. Would definitely buy again and most likely will in the future. My already premium feeling phone feels even more premium now. Love it!

I'm sorry for the mediocre star rating, but there is limited flexibility for the review process, but please read on.

We are very satisfied with our purchase of cases and screen protector for our Samsung A71 5G phones. The look and especially the feel of the cases make us really satisfied with our purchase. It's a 5 star review for the case and screen protector. The case fits comfortably in our hands. It's fit is comfortable in the hand and the texture is not slippery like the phone itself. The screen protector was a breeze to install thanks to the wipes and "dust collector". We have no dust or bubbles under the protector. The screen protector is unbelievably smooth...unbelievably smooth.

Now, for one of the reasons for the reduced rating. I would have liked a protector for the camera so the imaging clarity maintained as good years from now as it is today. We purchased the camera protectors elsewhere.

This last portion of the review was put last because people don't always read all the way through reviews. They get bored or find what they are looking for early to either move on to the next review or go back to their online shopping. I didn't want to have my bad experience with the "buying process" to negatively affect the sales of a company that sold me a quality product. This has nothing to do with their product, only my experience for this purchase.

Somehow, during the buying process, the sale went awry. It was quite some time ago and I don't remember my purchasing process. I found there to be an issue when we checked our financial account online. We were charged twice for the items. Once by Paypal and once by Olixar. OK, maybe I inadvertently made two purchases. I would just sell the extra pair of cases and screen protectors locally. No big deal.

A larger problem loomed, though. As with most people, we have limited funds in our bank account. As a result of the double purchase, we were charged twice for overdraft. $25 for each overdraft.

It was nearly 30 days since the purchase and details are foggy, but I will try to explain the buying process that led to our overdraft charges. I most likely tried to purchase our new Olixar items through PayPal. I may not have believed I had actually completed the transaction. I may not have received a "Transaction complete" or "Thank you for your purchase" page with an order number and shipping address for verification of proper delivery. As a result, I may have made another purchase for the same products with a debit card on our bank account.

Going forward another week or so. We didn't expect the delivery quickly as we are in United States and I believe Olixar is in United Kingdom. But we did receive our order and we were pleased with the quality of the items. My wife could not wait to install the protective devices because she, that very morning, had dropped her phone on the floor because the surface is very slippery and was very difficult to retain a solid grasp of. Between you (the billions of people out there) and me, the phones are coated with something to make you drop them so they will break and you will buy another one. Back to the purpose of this review.

Our package had only one set of cases. There was no "second" purchase. If there was no second purchase, why was I charged twice? I went back to PayPal transaction history. Olixar was indeed paid for the purchase. Next, I go back to my bank account transaction history. It shows two overdraft charges on Olixar payments.

Paypal normally works very well for me and I have used it for years to make online purchases without issue. I currently have a transaction review in progress with PayPal to try to resolve the issue. I will look to Olixar next to see what they say happened.

In summary, the products are great. I would be happier if they had the camera protectors as well. I'm working on the financial transaction process now.

For those who have been waiting longer than usual for a delivery, get in contact with them! I waited 14 business days and it was only when I contacted them that I was told the item was out of stock and discontinued! Chances are they're just hoping you forget!!

Good phone cover.!

The screen protector resulted in a ridiculous amount of bubbles, making it unusable. My case is still in the mail, even though it has been about 20 business days at this point. Waste of money.

Leather Case Wallet for iphone 12 mini. Really good fit. Excellent finish of the leather which is slightly cushioned but does not make the phone seem bulky. Buttons easily accessible. I thought the little magnetic 'catch' might be annoying but not so. The magnetic part is not too strong, more of a caress The cover closes with no problem and is softly held in place. Opens just as easily. It has two card slits on the inside of the cover but this was not a requirement at the time of purchase so have not yet used. All-in-all I am really happy with the purchase.

Uninformative product pages, murky and unresponsive support, lack of shipping information and lacking basic tracking information. I've been waiting several weeks without any apparent sign of my simple $40 order while this company continues to avoid any semblance of the burden of responsibility to me as a customer without providing tracking information or offering an apology. Furthermore I will be contacting Amazon on the ethics of offering a platform to this cold and cryptic collective masquerading as a legitimate company.

An excellent product, and delivered on time.

Quick delivery, solid packaging, good product quality. Only missing star is because the product I received was different from the one shown in the video tutorial and it took me a while to figure out how to place the protective film on my phone (strange but well thought out system)

like the screen protector but tried everything to get the finger print sensor to work but that feature is junk
