Chef whites arrived on time which was…
Chef whites arrived on time which was great because they were urgently required I unwrapped and put straight in washing machine to soften them only to be disappointed on taking them out as one of the jackets had a brown stain on in it! As I have opened and washed I will have to try other ways to remove the stain. Quality control needs improving.

Many thanks for letting us know the issue you had. We have contacted you via email to request the item back so we can inspect it and see what has happened on this occasion. We are still awaiting a response to that. Unfortunately, as the garment was washed immediately, we do suspect the issue was from that as we strongly advise that our garments do not require washing for softening. However, please send through the jacket when you can and we shall investigate further.
