5 star service. The courier returned my parcel and oil's and Herbs had no issue with sending me out a new batch with another courier service instead. Also polite customer service and all their products are 100% excellent quality. I have brought from thos place more than once and have recommended them to 3 of my family and friends who have also purchased from them. Thank you!

The oils arrived swiftly
The oils arrived swiftly. They were well packaged. I really liked the fact they had pipette droppers rather than the usual plastic dispenser lids which can be difficult to get your oils from. Beautiful packaging that feels luxurious. I was really impressed and will buy again.

I placed 2 orders - the 2nd I didn't receive after more than a month
I placed 2 orders, but the 2nd one, which I placed it on 11th of Dec 2023, I didn't get it untl tday, 15th of January 2024.
They have the worst international delivery I have ever experienced !
Besides, the Customer Supp Rep, after I placed the 2nd order, he got back to me to telling me that the UPS Rep asked me to review my delivery address, as I filled Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as being in Spain ... which actually is a Sanish territry, even though is an island.

Spanish customs impose significant restrictions on the import of herbs or Turkish honey into Spain, even with the necessary certificates. Unfortunately, this has been causing delays in releasing the products.Moreover UPS charges excessively for Canary Island delivery, whereas Royal Mail's fees are £18.00. Our standard delivery charge is £14.50. But This won't be happening next time.

My product wasn't as expected, I ordered shilajit resin 60gram and I got 20 grm small pot of liquid shilajit not what I ordered.

I have emailed over twice as I have not received my parcel and I have had no response. I would warn people of this and will be putting a warning on review I am not happy with this
