I purchased a minute to glow gift set. mascara is clumpy, and the copper stick won’t turn up it’s stuck in the down position. I would love the copper stick if I could actually use it.

Try gliding a few layers on the back of your hand before applying to your face to heat up the organic butters, waxes, & oils within the product. The more you layer the product, the creamier it will become. You may then use any preferred blending brush, sponge, or your fingers to gently smooth and blend out the product - for best use we would suggest our Blender Brush! This was my second time ordering this product. There were problems with the first order, and still I had a problem with the second one. I like most of the items I received but still need another replacement for the one that was in poor condition.

Not the same as my old luxury eye cream
This eye cream makes my eyes feel very dry. I also have dark circles and I feel they look more tired with this cream. Im so disappointed. I've read great things about this product and wanted to give it a shot. I think I will be going back to my old faithful at Eminence Organics.
