Mixed review
The gloss is nice, love the glass bottle. The cheek color is nice consistency and color. Poor match on the foundation color and the bottle with the dip stick is super messy.

The golden cap on the Complexion Perfecting Tinted Serum is a pop on/pop off cap, and the pump below the cap twists onto the bottle. Could you kindly try to twist the cap back onto the bottle until it has a snug feeling and the cap is no longer able to spin? Then try to pull up on the cap (using a bit more force) to remove the cap entirely, and reveal the pump. This design was created to ensure that the cap would have a snug fit and remain on the product.

I absolutely Love Ogee! Everything is amazing! And their skin care products? WOW! WOW! WOW! Luxurious and delicious on my skin! I'm 49 and the products glide on my skin like butter. No caking! The products are pricey, but absolutely worth it!

The best skincare products EVER!
I don't know where this skincare line has been all of my life but am I ever so happy that I found it. GREAT skincare/makeup lines which work in unison together to give you beautiful, glowing skin. I have not had a breakout since I started using this certified organic line.

The second package arrived in a box which was very stable. I received all the pieces ordered. Unfortunately they seem to take a long time in shipping and did not arrive by the time I needed them for NYE. All is good I love the products.

19 days later, i still did not received what I ordered
I payed for an order (OG1001716551). I never received the products. You seem to try to pass responsibility on your partner for international shipment (Passport), but did nothing to prompt them to explain or resolve the situation. That's not all right at all. You should stop promising people you are able to deliver your goods internationally.
