En attente de remboursement depuis un mois. Ne donne pas de nouvelles. Pire service après vente que je connaisse.
Je ne conseille absolument pas.
Surtout pour du plastique imprimé à ce prix exorbitant.

PS: je viens de recevoir le remboursement a l'instant.... 10 euros remboursés sur les 20 euros . 10 euros de frais de port payés pour quelque chose que je n'ai pas reçu.

Terrible service ordered was late then receive wraps that look like they had bean in a desert wrinkled and shrunk .sent them and email in fact to emails onto to there help line and one direct to Chris no replies no response for days payed £10 including delivery for wraps that are worse quality than the fakes on temu sorry to say odb wraps are no longer and industry standard they seemdtto have coped out on cheep thin wraps terrible customer service orders not going out on time just not what U expect any suplyer.

I placed an order more than a month ago that has not arrived until today! The tracking link indicates that royal mail has not received the shipment until today. I wrote to the support two weeks ago and got an answer that he takes care of it. After a week again followed up but no answer anymore.

Too bad, but there is only one word for me and that is: FRAUD!!

I've always been a fan of this company's designs but £13 for 4 days shipping without tracking really ruined my experience ordering directly from their website.

Customer service is 10/10 and really went out of their way to sort out something I was looking for! Really professional company, cool people to deal with and an unrivaled array original designs to choose from. Above all else the wraps in particular are of the best quality and serve their number 1 purpose of protecting your cells! Cannot recommend these guys enough- a pleasure to deal with and look forwards to the next product drops.

The 18650 wraps are decent with very good designs, the 21700 wraps are as baggy as Diana was, never known them to be correct on the measurements but again very good designs. Shipping times are woeful, you’ll be lucky if they can be bothered to ship them within a week, I would defo go to a shop and not direct for them. Reality is that ODB has great designs, but the quality of the product is very “that’ll do” it’s a shame they have no real rival as such, because if there was with great designs also and the quality to match then ODB would be dead in the water.

easiest wrap ever, with the proper know how 1 sleeve as a test (placed the sleeve too high) the rest of my batteries look amazing.
Unfortunaly I purchased from a store instead of online but you have won a customer for the future!

I always use ODB for my battery wraps as they are beautiful designs and great quality. My most recent purchase had a little hicup lol for some reason when I purchased, only my door number saved on the address details, but the wonderful guys over at ODB took the time to personally call me to make sure they got my order out quickly by updating my address details. My order came the very next day. I will never shop anywhere else for my wraps.

Hands down the best customer support I ve ever received. The designs are awesome and quality is really good but I had some issues with customs and delivery and it was fixed really personal and overall a really pleasant experience. Would recommend 110%.

Amazing designs and so many to chose from.
Really simple to use and apply to the battery and they last ages (ive still got some i wrapped over two years ago still in great condition).
Amazing customer service and quick delivery from order to door i highly recommend to all that want to keep there batteries safe and look funky while doing so

The designs are nice, but the quality is absolutely awful.
The wraps are way too thin, making it very difficult to install them without making them crack.
And once installed, they only last for two or three days before beginning to tear apart.
I'm always cautious with my batteries, so this is not bad handling from me. Never had this kind of problem with custom wraps.
Never going to buy again from ODB.
This is a shame, because I really like the designs, but the quality is just too low.

These are simply the best wraps you can buy I use nothing but odb wraps on my batteries and have since they started out the designs are awesome and the quality top notch and the merch is the best by any one out there I have all the hats

Terrible experience from ODB Wraps, after being recommended by a friend I thought I would get some wraps from ODB, placed my order and received no communication regarding it...Received an email response after waiting over a week for my order, with a promise they would be shipped out again the following day Tracked postage....Low and behold they wasn't, and now I can't even get a response to my emails when I requested a refund for my items? Terrible service from a company within the vape community. Disappointing and wont be ordering ever again.

Nice looking wraps but absolutely garbage quality. You can breathe in these wraps and they'd get nick's and scrapes on them.
