medical grade protection for your eyes
I am sensitive to light it hurts my eyes especially creating migraines and I needed to protect myself beyond what the settings in the devices themselves could do.
Sure could you get something a little less expensive? But it isn’t medical grade protection and I bought and returned other items that had no guarantee
you only have one set of eyes be sure you protect them

3 week delay for item advertised as in stock, then non-existant customer service
7 weeks after placing an order I still don't have the item advertised, and it seems impossible to get assistance from customer service. The first 3 weeks of delay was due to the item not being in stock (despite the website indication), but they did not acknowledge this until I chased up after it was not dispatched. I have filled out their customer service form twice, replied to the resulting email threads and provided the requested photo of the item - but based on the wording of the answers, and fact they never reply after the first "please tell us more" e-mail, it seems these could be AI generated. Just phoned the customer support, who said they could not check any of these e-mail threads, could not process a refund (of the approximately £100 spent), and could not tell me when I might get a call back.

Ocushield provided great service
Ocushield provided great service. The shields originally sent were too small for my computer screen. Ocushield was contacted and I was able to talk to a customer representative who responded to my dilemna in a friendly, knowledgeable way. I sent back the smaller shields and received the larger shields in a timely manner. Ocushield, in my opinion, is a wonderful company to do business with.

The laptop screen protector shield sticker is wrongly pasted
The laptop screen protector when I received has a shield with sticker front and back. I followed the instruction and it didn't click firmly to the magnet, and it dropped easily. So I send an enquiry email regarding this. WIthin 24 hours, I received an email. The person replying asked me to send a photo with the screen protector on my laptop screen. She also advice me that the matte side should face me, while glossy side face the screen. Than I realised that I put it in the other way round. So I changed the matte side to face me, and it immediately click firmly! So it is actually the sticker instruction on the screen protector was wrongly pasted. Thankfully that it was solved promptly from this reply email. Just spending some extra time trying to fixed the screen protector on the laptop and also to wrtie an enquiry email. Hope this does not happen often. It give me a little bit of frustration The magnet to paste on the bezel is so small, that I put some more extra magnet to avoid the screen protector from dropping off easily. I think the piece of magnet especially below ones should be longer。

I ordered the wrong blue light shield protector size and Ocushield were super quick to respond. They offered to send a replacement free of charge and to keep the incorrect size. I gave to my partner and we are both incredibly happy with our screens. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Excellent glasses
Excellent glasses. They were recommended to me by a sales assistant in Specsavers. I suffer from a vestibular condition so these glasses have been so helpful for use in supermarkets, they really help dim the bright lights.

I love my Occushield screen protector
I love my Occushield screen protector ! It is slightly darker than my screen so sometimes I pop it off (it is magnetic) to use when I want to see something in brighter colors. Also, it really helps with the glare in the sunlight when I use my MacBook outside. Jyoti at the company is wonderful. It is so nice to have a company that is making a much needed product. I think everyone should have one of these protectors on their computers, to protect our eyes and brain from the blue light emitted from the screens. Occushield conducts their business with old world integrity that is so hard to come by these days.

I bought two blue light screen…
I bought two blue light screen protectors and my sons cracked within a couple of weeks of having it. He hadn’t dropped his phone so I feel they are not built to last.
I emailed the company twice before I received a reply asking for more details. Which I replied to straight away. They then ignored my email.
So I wrote another one and got a response saying it would be looked into.
Then nothing for over a week, so I sent another response.
So I’m no further forward and after spending over £70 I am now concluding this company and its products are just a scam.
Avoid!

Best Product and Customer Service
I'm glad I ordered an Ocushield product. After a week of use, I can truly say this applies to both the glasses I received and the customer care Ocushield provided.
My eyes feel less tired, and my focus remains high even after 10 hours at the PC.
Customer support is as high-quality as the product itself. They respond very fast and treat each case individually. I truly recommend Ocushield as a high-level company.

An appreciated company and brand
I've been using Ocushield for many years now, both their blue light screen protectors and their EMF protectors. I've recommended them to friends and family who use them across their iPhones and iPads. I'll admit I keep my phone near me when I sleep, so having the EMF protector has genuinely made me feel better about that.
The products alone would be enough to keep me coming back, but what has made me a truly loyal customer is their customer service. It is some of the best I have encountered, and I want to be specific about what I mean by that because "good customer service" gets thrown around loosely. They listen. They respond warmly and thoughtfully. That combination is far rarer than it should be. Most companies either don't respond meaningfully or give you something so generic it barely addresses what you said. Ocushield is different.
Mia has been particularly wonderful to communicate with, and I think that reflects well on the company as a whole. Good employees tend to come from good leadership.
I nearly bought a blue light filter from Amazon at a fraction of the price, but after looking into it more carefully I found that Ocushield actually tests their products and appears to be one of the very few brands whose blue light filters genuinely perform as claimed. Harvard has published research on the effects of blue light on sleep and health, and it is worth reading. It made me glad I took the time to look before defaulting to the cheaper option.
I think very highly of this company.

J'adore vraiment mes lunettes…
J'adore vraiment mes lunettes Ocushield. Depuis que je les utilise, mes yeux ne me font plus mal quand je passe du temps sur mon téléphone ou mon ordinateur. Avant, j'avais souvent des picotements et de la fatigue visuelle, mais maintenant je me sens beaucoup plus à l'aise. Elles sont légères, confortables et faciles à porter toute la journée. A really great product
I use my ipad at night and was very pleased to find a bluelight shield so that I am not exposing myself to light pollution. The shield comes with excellent instructions, does not alter the colours on my screen and has made a big difference. I no longer worry when I use my sleep app through the night. The customer service I got was excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend both the product and this company.

Customs fees
"I have ordered many products from your company over the past 2 years and I highly recommend them but frankly I will not pay almost double the price in customs fees again. Sorry I know this is not your fault but I live in Europe. "

We completely understand your frustration with customs fees, and you're absolutely right that this is unfortunately outside of our control. Since Brexit, orders shipped to Europe can be subject to import duties and taxes which are set and collected by the destination country's customs authorities. We wish we could absorb these costs for you, but sadly it's not something we're able to influence.
What we would suggest is checking whether any of our EU-based stockists or partner retailers carry our products, as purchasing from within the EU could help you avoid these charges in future.
